Today evening we visited this shop to buy a bicycle for our girl. The attitude of that Malayali( kerala man) sales man was unbearable. He was very rude and not even ready to tell about bicycle specifications and price. We were really disappointed and insulted by his attitude. Never recommend this shop to anyone. We happily bought bicycle from cosmos sport’s then.
Very good bike detailing service received today
Worst shop I went there because I had a broken piece in the back of my electric scooter and I wanted him to charge it and put a new tube so he said no don’t worry I can handle everything so come tomorrow morning at 11 so I called him at 12 he said no it’s not ready come at 4 I went there an4 he said no come at 7 anyways when I saw the scooter I was shocked the bell is broken the pice to fold the scooter with was broken the brakes were not broken and the hall scooter is dirty when I told him about all these broken parts he said no I did not brake anything and when we were arguing he admitted it and he didn’t want to charge or fix anything that was broken he made me pay extra money to buy a new bell that is a bell and the pice to bend the scooter and I can’t even bend the scooter and he can’t even place my new bell instead of my old bell and he was even causing at me in his language that I can understand.SO BAD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. 😡
