I recently had tires replaced for 3 cars at your branch, completing a total of 12 tire replacements in November. While the technical team demonstrated excellent professionalism, efficiency, and helpfulness, my experience was significantly tarnished by the unprofessional behavior of the branch manager, Mr. Yousef.
For the first 2
cars, the service included tire replacement, balancing, and alignment without additional charges. However, during the installation of the last set of tires, Mr. Yousef was unwilling to perform the alignment unless additional charges were applied, despite this not being stated beforehand. This inconsistency and lack of clarity are frustrating, especially given the seamless service provided for the previous cars.
Furthermore, Mr. Yousef’s demeanor was unprofessional and rude. He persistently demanded that I leave a five-star review on Google, explicitly mentioning his name. When I explained that such behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional, he dismissed my concerns, stating that it is “super normal to ask this.”
When I requested contact information for someone above him to escalate my concerns, Mr. Yousef refused, stating, “I’m the branch manager; if you want to complain, go to the Head Office in Deira.” Despite my insistence, he continued to deny my request and became sarcastic. He then stated, “My conversation with you anyway is recorded video and audio,” without my approval or awareness that I was being recorded. This is a violation of privacy and UAE laws.
I kindly request that the person in charge of this branch contact me to address this matter further. I value Michelin’s reputation and quality of service, and I believe that such incidents need to be addressed to ensure customer satisfaction.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Michelin tire repair shop, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by the branch manager, Yusif. While he appeared respectful before starting the job, his attitude changed completely once the work began, displaying a lack of professionalism and understanding of how to communicate effectively with customers. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Michelin shop. I strongly recommend that customers consider visiting a different branch for better service.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Tyre Plus at Alwarqa Grand Station. The team was incredibly nice and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with care and really made me feel confident in my choice to come here. A special mention goes to the branch manager Mr. Yousuf, who went above and beyond to ensure I got the best service. He was honest, transparent, and very helpful, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to help. Nine months ago, I visited TyerPlus to replace my car tires. Since they didn’t have the brand they officially represent, the salesperson recommended Nexen Korean tires as an alternative. Unfortunately, yesterday, one of the rear tires burst while I was driving, putting me in serious danger.
When I returned to the workshop, they refused to acknowledge that the issue could be due to a manufacturing defect and declined to offer a replacement. But the real nightmare began afterward—
They no longer had the same Nexen tire model in stock, meaning I was forced to buy four entirely new tires of a different brand (I ended up buying 2) and pay the full price again! They took zero responsibility for selling me an unreliable product in the first place.
But that’s not all. The manager (or whoever was in charge) personally promised that I could pick up my car the next morning. When I arrived in the evening, I was told that he never showed up, wasn’t answering his phone, and that no one knew what needed to be done!
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. A workshop that doesn’t care about customer safety, sells unreliable products, and leaves customers stranded without communication is not one I would ever trust again.
Very poor service. Unhelpful staff. Not interested in tire repairs… they just want to sell new tires. The staff just kept making excuses instead of telling me straight up that they are not interested in repairing a flat tire….. never came across a tire shop refusing a customer with a flat tire.
Very professional people and did the work fast. They also informed me for some issues they found which i need to have repaired in a garage. Special thanks to Yusuf who accommodated me and booked my tyres even on short notice and for a good discounted price as well. The location is also ideal, not too busy or crowded. This is my 3rd time having my tyres replaced here and quality is excellent.
Yousef was very impatient, rude and uncooperative.
Today I unexpectedly got a flat tyre and arrived at your garage as it was the nearest at 7:15pm. One member of staff told me he can change the flat tyre no issues if i supply it for him as they don’t have the same tyre type i requested for. So we had an agreement in place. (My car was absolutely unsafe to drive anywhere).
Yousef approached me 20 mins later whilst i was on a call trying to supply the tyre. I requested for him to be patient until I wrap up the call. He immediately walked away. I waited in my car until the supplier delivered the tyre around 40 mins later.
I go down and I was requested by the staff to go to Yousefs office. And to my surprise Yousef tells me we are booked for the night we cant help you. And its my fault for not putting my name down in the “list” when I first arrived. Keeping in mind my first encounter was with the other staff I mentioned earlier there was no sight of Yousef and the staff didn’t mention anything about putting my name down in a list. What kind of customer service is this!
1- The first staff had full knowledge that i was waiting for my tyre to arrive and for it to be installed.
2- Yousef did not bother to wait the slightest bit or to follow up with me. He was just seated in his office.
3- Yousef also told me that he had more important work to do than to be patient, cooperative and understanding with his customer.
Im absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated specially being a female in a mostly male dominated shop. No respect was shown to me at all.
