Don't come here, they are terrible, slow, careless and expensive. You are much better off going to any petrol station.
Got my car wash done today. GSS service levels are dropping. Had to stand and keep instructing the cleaners. A lot of supervision needed to get work done
I had a great experience with Grand Service Station - Al Warqa. They did an excellent job cleaning my car, and the staff were very friendly and professional in the way they spoke with me. They also provided me with a discount through Fazza, which I really appreciated. Their prices are reasonable too. I want to thank the whole team for their outstanding service. The waiting area was also a nice touch — it’s clean, comfortable, and they offer free WiFi and coffee while you wait. Highly recommend them!
I visited Grand Service Station at Al Warqa Branch for changing oil of the gearbox. Mr. Younus & Mr. Ansar assisted me very well throughout the full services. I must say they are excellent in their field of expertise and professional at its finest. They are kind and accommodating. Highly recommend their services!

It was absolutely horrible. Went in for a simple oil change got out with a broken ignition switch that I can't even turn on the car now.. it's still in the garage being fixed 3 days after, and they refused to take responsibility for it. Not to mention that the oil itself is horrible and reached temps of 107 in NORMAL driving. Absolutely horrendous experience and won't ever go back to it.
There was no ticket issued at the entrance after car wash service they didn’t allow me to pay with the reason without entrance ticket you cannot pay!! They told me it’s a system error!! After 25 minutes waiting they allow me to pay but still can’t let me go out!! After they issued new ticket I asked them what if this ticket lost their reply was we will open the door manual!!! 😅
They prioritize those who stay at the station and just ignore the line and whoever submit the car first ,, bad time management and poor quality of customer service
