Avoid This Company – Unacceptable Delays and Zero Communication If you’re considering hiring this company for renovations, think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. What was supposed to be a straightforward project has now dragged on for over two months past the original deadline in sight. The most frustrating part? Their complete lack of communication. Calls and messages go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When they do respond, it’s always vague excuses and empty promises and wrong ETA’s provides by the project manager Albert. There is zero accountability, and getting real updates is like pulling teeth. They would even break your flat and offer no solution or compensation . A renovation project always comes with challenges, but the way this company operates is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I’m still homeless because of their delays to this day. I would also be mindful in here of the friendly positive reviews from Russian friends of the business as it’s a Russian owned company.
