best and fast laptop repair in dubai! I like that they are very responsive, they will fix your computer right away in your home very fast and the materials and parts they are using our very good quality and lasted long! I have been a customer of Egghead fixers for years now and they never fail me.

Everything was super bad with this company!!!
I really want to say something positive, but unfortunately there is nothing good at all.
My screen was cracked so I was looking for a company that can fix it at my house because I do not want to give my Surface laptop away.
They came super fast and fixed the screen. After seeing it, I saw the glue all over the screen, so I called them back and sent videos via Whatsapp. After I argued with them, they came again to fix it.
6 months later the screen stopped working, I called them because I have 1 year warranty.
I called on Dec 1, 2022, they started with excuses like "we can not get a new screen now" and each time they gave me appointments and did not show up.
On January 4, the man came to take my screen so he could claim it with his supplier and get a new one.
I was promised a new screen within 5 days.
After 5 days I called and as you would expect, I was fobbed off with excuses that they could not get the screen now and promised to get it in a few days.

After getting fed up, I called Dubai Consumer Rights at the end of January.
They came on February 15 with the new screen. They repaired the new screen, but as you can see from the attached pictures, it was not done properly and the glue is all over the screen.
I was without a screen for 2 1/2 months.

Thank you so much for your great service. Be careful with this company because they do not know how to treat their customers.

I've just had a fantastic experience with Mohammad. He installed a mesh system for my WiFi, patiently answering all of my stupid questions about how it all works. He worked quickly and neatly and communicated really well. 100% recommend!

PS..its really long, so please bear with me... But do read as it's my genuine feedback about them

I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of egghead fixers.
My review is based on multiple instances where the same product was repaired many times by them.
The product I am talking about is a 2019 ipad (9th generation) which was used by my son for his school and leisure time.
Initially due to my son's carelessness the ipad screen was cracked and it was replaced by egghead fixers. I have no complaints for that time as the job was well done. They had provided an original OEM screen at a really good price. However, a few months later, again the screen was damaged, and I had it again replaced with egghead fixers . It was again a brilliant job done by them with a one year warranty. Now for the 3rd time, within a year of fixing the ipad, the ipad screen just went blank and was not working. So I again called Egghead fixers, to which they said it was a screen issue and needs to be replaced. I told them since it's under warranty, it should be replaced by them as there was no physical damage and the screen looked completely fine. But they were adamant and kept saying their technical team had inspected and there was damage internally and it cannot be covered under warranty. When asked what was the exact damage they were not ready to explain. So I requested them to return the ipad as I was unhappy with their feedback and gave them a bad rating for the same. After seeing their rating, the person whom I was dealing with called me back and offered me a 50% discount on the new screen and apologized for the previous incident and requested to remove the rating. Since I had good experience with them in the past, I agreed to get the screen fixed and removed the rating from the forum. But to my horror, the screen I got was not original and has got spoiled already within 2 weeks of fixing . As I had got it fixed multiple times earlier, I can easily make out it was not an original screen put by them. The screen is now cracked from the inside, whereas the protection glass is intact and without any scratch. The screen display is now having some wierd lines as seen in the attached photo. Knowing ipad screens are also really sturdy and cannot be cracked easily, this one just cracked from the inside .
I have made this review really long, but my point is not to go to such cheap companies and rather stick to the genuine apple store or their affiliated repair shops, as ultimately you are not going to save much and end up paying much more for a job which is not done properly.
I have learned my lesson not to trust such companies based on the ratings and I hope this review might benefit some of you. Therefore please beware of them.

Really great service. IPhone like new after requiring screen and rear glass replacement. Picked up from my work and dropped at home Within 8/9hrs. Would highly recommend. Repair Comes with 1 year warranty.

The worst company service ever and i only replaced my phone acreen few months ago , they say that original screen but they are big liers and never recommended at all !!! Dont deal with this company

This is the worst company I have ever seen. They kept my Iphone 14 pro max for around a week and then telling me it cannot be repaired. Very slow response to queries and no updates. They even don't know if the phone can be repaired or not. Such a waste. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Worst service in Dubai, gave in for a broken screen. Said to deliver by 5pm phone came at 9pm, they fixed the broken screen and messed the phone up internally, the screen doesn’t work properly now. The person I was in contact with was very rude. Don’t fall for the good reviews. Go with ‘fixerman’ I was using their services previously never had an issue, thought I give these eggheads a try, really just a bunch of eggheads. Stay away or if you like to throw your money away then go for it.
