I had my balcony in a very bad condition after the summer. Thanks God I found this company. They are just excepcional. They just come with a lot of machinery to clean properly deep with water and soap all the areas. Properly dry, and leave it as new. I definitely will call them again and I will recommend to other friends or people in need to leave the exterior as new for the new season coming.

I recently used Pure Zone for outdoor deep cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their team is incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning my outdoor spaces, leaving everything spotless. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable and high-quality cleaning services.

If you need to clean and fix your marble, avoid this company. They will tell you they can do all you need and want, give you a quote, you accept it and later they never again respond to you, despite your constant calls and follow ups. This is was my experience with them. Unprofessional and non responsive to the level I have not seen before.

Response : I have received the quotation for the part too, I have sent you all the photos and explained very thoroughly. After all, I received quotation. The proof is there, and I can post it here too. Plus, your team came and saw the marble table themselves. You have no excuse for your unprofessional treatment to customers.

Recommended by a friend. Tried booking - need to plan ahead as work is busy. Both times I tried to fix an appointment i got a very delayed reply. Both times I had to follow up. The second time the response was very abrupt - Sun is a day off apparently. This made me research and i found the quote was about twice what other companies asked for. Not an issue - what is an issue for me and why ill be looking elsewhere is lack of response and then an unfriendly response.

Terrible customer service and professionalism from staff including their manager and supervisor. They claim to be "experts" but will give you their "expert advise" after they do the job by telling you "such stains are impossible to remove" and then they tell you that it is the customers' responsibility to know about what stains are removable.
The funniest thing is that they say they only have 3-4 complaints a year!
I highly suggest to use a different company than this one as they will do half job and then blame you for not delivering as expected.

These guys do an incredible job. My garden looks brand new and sparkling clean. Totally recommend them. Lovely team, very polite and professional.

Used pure zone the 2nd time round for apartment cleaning and not happy with their services. They are over priced and don’t do a good job at apartment cleaning if you ask them for a normal clean. Very bad experience 2nd time round. Will never advise and suggest to use their services.
They always go the 1st time, not do a proper job then after that say they will send someone again and they charge again for the 2nd visit. This is not professional and unethical of them!!!
