After 3 days of trying to source a bike, I have given up on Trek Dubai. The WhatsApp goes unanswered as do the phone calls. Strange for a company as large and reputable as Trek. Anyhow, plenty more options to spend my money on!
Disappointed with the customer service experience. Paying a premium—almost 40% above online prices—should come with reliable local support, but that hasn’t been the case.
For anyone looking for exceptional service and a genuine warranty, I highly recommend Wolfi’s Bike Shop. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Trek as a local option.
Had a pleasant purchase experience at Trek Bike Store last week. I went here with my father to buy our first-ever Trek bikes, which was the FX3 model. I love how smooth the bike’s handling is, especially when riding it on Dubai’s many biking lanes and trails. I’d like to thank Karl for helping us to select the perfect Trek bike model for our leisure biking needs and for taking the time to explain the differences between each Trek FX model. At Trek, you can only expect professional and expert service from their shop assistants.
I purchased my 3rd TREK bike on June 13th, 2024 (Roscoe 7). I was searching for a Hardtail 29er bike, and fortunately I saw the promo ads on Instagram. I immediately went to the store in Sheikh Zayed, where I spoke to one of the staff members named Mark Anthony. He explained to me the differences and features of each of the available hardtail bikes in the showroom. And finally, I fell for the 2024 Roscoe 7, Mark took the bike and made the necessary adjustments. Thanks to Mark Anthony for his patience and knowledge and for helping me decide on which bike to get that suits me. This is my first 29er bike, and I must say it is fun to ride. Thank you again, TREK, and more power to you.
My wife and I visited Trek Bicycle Store Dubai, and both recommend giving them a visit. We ended up buying both our bikes and the accessories from them. The service was excellent. All staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The prices were also great. We got our bikes and accessories with a 30% + discount. Will definitely go back for anything else we may need.

I gave my bike for full service, MORE THAN 4 NOTHING DID TO MY BIKE. So I got my bike with no service.
I really want TREK owner to her my voice regarding this issue, disappointed 😞
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I have zero knowledge in bikes and went to TREK SZR to get my first bike. Neville helped me a lot to choose the bike intended to my purpose. He explained to me the basics and the technicalities of modern bikes. The vibe on the place is so lively. They have great bikes and the staff are amazing! From the knowledgeable sales team on the floor, baristas, bike fitter, and technicians, they all do their job on a highest level. I'm so happy I went to TREK SZR. I end up buying 3 bikes for me and my wife.
Very disappointing experience online shopping with Trek. Placed an order on Tuesday, paid the 20 AED delivery charge and it’s now Friday and no sign of my order. The store is less than ten km away and although I’ve been following up by email for an update, they have not responded.
We visited this store to buy ourselves a Trek bike. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. There were 4-5 employees. There were only 2 customers in the store. Although we called them many times for help, we could not get help. when we called again for help, he was quite unhappy and dissatisfied. I also do not believe that they are experts in their field, they left many questions unanswered. I guess they thought we wouldn't buy bikes and saw helping out as a waste of time. I read in the comments that customers thank the staff. we were really going to take a TREK. Never buy from this store. I would like to write the name of the female employee who was unhappy in helping us, but we were unable to learn her name as she refused to contact us. It was the worst Trek store experience for us 👎🏼
