Absolute disaster - stay away from incompetence

Had a nightmare experience with this company. Poor application quality, zero understanding of quality, and at last cheating employees, totally not trustworthy at all.

Here the reasons for my review:

Purchased 3M crystalline window tinting package for my car. Most expensive car window film type from 3M. After the application, the bubbles didn’t go away after the advised curing time. Hence, brought the car back for rectification. In total 10 nos. of window glass units were affected, total +100 bubbles. The company said they have replaced 4 films and remaining the have fixed as it is. When we checked the result, on all remaining 6 windows the bubbles were mainly still there. Minimal improvement. On the 4 windows which they assumingely have replaced the film, deep scratches and film folding were clearly visible. When I asked them to show me the old films from the 4 windows which they must have removed before to place the new film, they were not able to present me such but were still insisting that they have replaced them. But where is than the old film??? No old film available. Hmmm, how can this be?! To my surprise, since it was clearly evident that they were lying to me, they continued to insist that they have replaced them even though they cannot present the old film. Their trash bins are empty!! They showed me their bins.

Hence, I requested for the Workshop in charge. When he arrived and spoke with his staff and also asked for the old film, at last they confessed that they have actually not replaced anything. Clearly cheaters!

He proposed to bring the vehicle to their main workshop to get this sorted as he mentioned that they do not have qualified applicators at this location (Dubai Marinascape Mall)!. (If they don’t have, why they operate there at all?)

Anyways, I prepared a sketch where every single bubbles, scratches and film folding were marked to make it easier for them and to use it kind of a check list for them. We brought the vehicle to their main workshop as agreed. Certain windows were again not repaired. Same bubbles remained. Only on 2 window glasses the 3M logos were on the film. Others had no 3M logos. The told me the reason for that is that they forgot on those glasses to remove the logos. However, it is more likely that they only replaced those 2 windows with new film (these were the scratched and folders ones - no chance to hide and trick here) and forgot to remove the logos which made it very obvious about the short cuts they re trying to do to cheat the customer. The rear window have not been attended at all even though we complained and had more than 10 larger bubbles. They advised that this would be normal and at a tolerable range of bubbles. This is the reason why they have not attended this particular window, again.

Wasted my time by visiting them 4 times and still the car window tinting could not be successfully completed. Eventually they told me that they cannot do it better than that and they will refund the money. It is very surprising how they became an authorized 3M applicator. Was promised to receive my money back within 48hrs. Received it back after 7days. Anyhow, who counts, was to be expected. At least it reached me …

Unfortunately, I cannot give here less than a star. Would be otherwise -5 stars.

I had a pleasure of doing my tinting and interior and exterior detailing in this great shop! Very friendly and professional staff Ashok was really helpful, and trust worthy treated my car like his baby! Gave me accurate timeline for the amount of work that will be done! I loved the visit to their workshop today and was thrilled by the job and service. Very smart and skilled staff. I can’t believe the finish on my F150 Truck. It looks awesome. Now I need not worry about the peak summer heat or A/C cooling lesser during the day drive. I highly recommend these guys. Price was the best surprise. 3M window film protection seems to be the best. Special thanks to Tejasree and Ashok !!

My car (BMW) came with an interior damage after window filming with this guys and they do not want to overtake the responsibility .

Safa did an awesome job on my 3M window tint and car detailing inside and out. The car is basically as clean and shiny as when it was new and the difference is frankly amazing. The people who work there are real professional and friendly to talk to. Overall super happy with their work

Second day of receiving my new car I bring it here, they covered the interior for me perfectly so I felt safe that my car won’t get any damages. They prioritized 4 people to do the tint on my car and it took only 45 minutes... amazing work, look for Ashok, took very good care of the job

They will fool you:
Don’t ever even think to go there. They are fooling their customers. After agreeing on full tinting and paid relatively higher value compared to others, I realized that they do it for only three sides (rear and sides) and not for the front side. When I came back showing my frustration they started saying it isn’t legal to tint the front and when I shouted they changed the tone saying they can do it for extra 600AED!!!
For them, the heat only comes from the sides and the back side but the sun will feel ashamed to enter the car from the front side. That is complete insane. I would never go there again. Plenty of other authorized 3M vendors who will tell you the full offer in full transparency from the beginning not just half the story. Go to APEX Gulf (another authorized 3M vendor) who won’t fool you same way

As for the tint, I took the most expensive tinting - ceramic from over 1000 AED and they princess’s heat reduction and sun protection - it feels extremely hot in the car, and sun is burning the face. When I call them to explain the issues and talk to the manager, the manager talk to me in disrespectful manner, not listening to me till the end, interrupting and in high pitches voice! Using phrases like - listen to me and rest! I’m extremely disappointed with the place and will complain to 3M and I doubt the authenticity and the quality for the windows tinting
