after the flood, i sent my car to this garage , they kept it for 1 whole month and given back to me on 25 june, they didnt even checked if car is okay or not and even the seats were not fixed. then again i sent my car back on 27 june and they kept for more 10 days , when i collected the car still issues were there and then my car got stucked in middle of road and even gears were not working, so its clear that they just fixed the seat and given the car back without even checking it.. 15 july, i sent my car back for 3'rd time and its 23 august today and still they have not returned the car. they are not even answering the calls now or telling me the status of car. the staff name in particullar are Benny ( garage manager ) and rizwan. they are not pickung my calls since 10 days. i am begging for my own car from them and they are just ignoring it.
Dont give your car to them, they dnt know a single thing about servicing the car or how to treat customers. worst service and worst kind of people they are.
Even if your insurance company recomend this place, ask them to change the garage.
Now god knows when i will get my car. may be before the mulkiya expires.

Super unprofessional customer service. I made an appointment for a simple oil change specifically in advance. One of the colleagues confirmed the exact time with me. Once I arrived there was someone sitting in the office barefoot, showing absolutely no respect and interest in my inquiry. Then turned out that all the workers had a break exactly at that time when my appointment was confirmed. They told me to come back in 1 hr. Before coming back, I decided to call and then all of sudden they tell me that they ran out of oil. Very irresponsible.
They used to be good a long time back but now the service is so bad. Please avoid if you don’t want stress in life - very unprofessional service and kid management

Waited car light for 3 months to be fixed. And it wasn't fixed properly at first time so I had to go back again. Their altitude is quite nice and polite. But The qualityof The service i Can't give higher score.
