After damaging one tyre when driving too close to a curb, we ordered a replacement for fitting outside our apartment. The service was easy to book, the communications by WhatsApp were excellent, and the guy fitting in did an outstanding job, taking great care with the rim and refitting it to the car. I am very happy indeed, and I will use Tyresonline.ae again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was unsatisfactory, and the information provided on the website was completely misleading. I ended up purchasing a tire offer, which does not exist. When I was reached out for assistance, the customer service was unhelpful and had no other choice other than refunding or offering alternatives which are not in the same grade. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking for reliable tire information on their website.

False website info. after purchasing and paid full payment, they called me as no stock. They said they can refund in 14 days?! How come to purchase not exist item?! It’s a scam website better to avoid before purchasing not exist items!!

I ordered tires from here. Excellent service from Mr. Abdelrahman, he arranged the replacement the same day I ordered as I needed it urgently. They arrived at 530 pm as discussed.

I reached out to TyresOnline.ae for a quote and was given a price of AED 584 per tire, in writing. As soon as I decided to purchase, they suddenly claimed it was a “mistake” and jacked up the price to AED 815! When I reminded them about their original quote, they flat-out denied ever quoting me that amount—until I sent them a screenshot of our chat. Only then did they apologize, but refused to honor their own price.

This is an outrageous bait-and-switch tactic. They lure you in with a lower rate and then try to weasel out of it by claiming “errors”, “mistake” or “website issues.” Based on my experience, I’d say they’re totally untrustworthy. Don’t waste your time or money here—on these shady games. Avoid TyresOnline.ae at all costs!

I was looking for the pair of tyres urgently and found these guys. Everything went fluently, got exactly what I was ordering for significantly lower price compared to others. Special thanks to Fatima for her relentless assistance on everything!

My recent online tire purchase resulted in significant inconvenience due to severely lacking customer support. Despite payment and a fitting appointment booked two days later, attempts to contact the seller via WhatsApp and their website went unanswered for extended periods or received no response at all. Phone calls also went unanswered. Upon arrival at the garage for the scheduled fitting, I was informed the tires had not been delivered. Contacting the seller finally resulted in an answer, only to be told the tire was unavailable in the warehouse, leading to a refund. This entire process wasted two days. I would not recommend this service due to poor support, inaccurate listings, and a lack of communication.

Very bad service and slow , i purchased tyres the next day they told me that it is not available in the stock, i really don’t know based on what they took payment and sent order confirmation , they were very fast , after that i followed my refund and every time they said allow me a moment and they disappear .
