I am amazed about how much good reviews they have, but in my experience its the worst adventure motorcycle shop ever. Yes they have good prices, but the customer service is the worst you can find. The after service after purchasing the product doesn't exist. They will answer phone calls but after the call is ended they will do nothing. You will send them whatsapp messages they will even read without replying, and that is not only for after purchase service, even when I want to purchase something else, they confirm the purchase and put a delivery date. Delivery date comes, and what you will find is nothing, contact them again, they will read but not answer. So please if you are looking good adventure motorcycle shop with a good after purchase service, search for someplace else. Many others can be found in dubai.
I wish there was a zero star rating to give this place. Ordered internationally online and will pay less and receive the items faster and hassle free.
Lovely little upstairs cafe with snacks and refreshments. Stoked to get free COLD water in a bottle while waiting for free installation of a bike accessory in the workshop downstairs on my bike. Lovely vibe and friendly knowledgeable staff. Will be back!
Me and my husband were in the shop for over 45 mins without anyone assisting us. Pathetic customer service. All staff members we saw with 1 exeption (I think the owner) also did not wear masks at all or properly in this trying times.
Not professional at all, contacted the shop to confirm the availability of a part and got confirmation from “Rajeed”. Drove all the way for 55min and once arrived “Rajeed” told me its not available. What a bad service 👎
