Stop&Go - Your Everyday Car Garage

After struggling with my car’s rough starting for months—and wasting time and money at another shop without results—Stop&Go fixed it in just hours! Awful; bought and installed tires here 4 months ago and already had the following issues:
1- the tires were not balanced and I had to go in again for balancing
2- the installation was not clean, causing the tires to leak air and require reinstallation somewhere else

Damage to both of my alloy wheel protectors after they changed 2 tires for which they wont take responsibility or offer to put right. Definitely wont be returning to this garage again. Avoid!

Go there if you want scratched and damaged wheels.
Unfortunately I took my car for a puncture repair, told the gentleman to very very careful when doing the job and to protect the wheels so the paint does not get damaged. I come back 30 minutes later to a completed distorted wheel paint.
To top it off, they promised to get back to me on how to address this and so far nothing but “we will check and call you”

Edit - Top top this off; the area they repaired is leaking again.
Additionally when the manager saw the wheel, he immediately denied it was them who damaged my wheels.
What an absolute waste of money, these guys are absolute scam.

I attended Stop & Go Motor City this week and was met by a very friendly and helpful gentleman at the front desk, he gave me a choice of options for the issue I had, his crew remidied the issue in good time and left one happy customer. I went for an oil change. When I collected the car, they strongly advised me to not drive the car, since -according to them- the brake pads were almost completely gone. I followed their suggestion and asked them to order the replacement pads. Since the order was taking a lot of time (a week), I decided to check the pads myself and realized that the rear ones were almost completely new and the fronts had normal wear but nowhere near end of life. I used to trust this workshop blindly on the 2018 2020 era.

I went there today and ask them to check why the engine is showing this sign and they told me that even if we going to touch your car you have to pay 150 aed to check

Very bad experience unprofessional staff

I’ve been doing my service and check ups with them quite some time now and i am satisfied, because they deliver the parts on time and gives you reasonable price. Their mechanic team is well trained and knows what they’re doing and the location also is very convenient away from my home. Thank you and keep up the good work. Their managing guy named RITHESH likes to reply in all CAPS in your message but its all good, you dont have to think that hes angry on you, its just how his phone works 😂 peace!

Really, great team at stop and go. The workers are really friendly and helpful. I done my tires with them and car breaks, and everything was fast. The prices were quite good from other places I checked out before purchasing.

Well managed and organized. They respect appointments and time for delivery and handover. Very professional and efficient service. Nearby free parking, and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
