3 days back spoke to Paul (supervisor),spoke to the manager Jasen (if properly wrote the name) regarding cars waiting in the queue and getting dry on the sun without being wiped, so I suggest one or 2 persons to wipe the cars while waiting in the queue but nothing changed. Maybe someone at the higher position will see review and act since they did not.I asked for a cloth and wiped myself , otherwise sun will let white marks and sand will be on the chassis.
Always i have bad experience with this Auto pro because unethical staff and this is now my last time here.
I have free car wash voucher and they are treating us like a Garbage

Bad customer service, i have been a customer for this branch for almost 5 years and because they didn’t do their job they want to charge me again!! Will never come again and not recommended at all.,.

I am a regular client at auto pro motorcity . I gave good reviews before but I have to withdraw that. Went there for steam wash . Unfortunately can’t give a rating for Xtreme wash . Car came out dirty especially tyres and bumpers. and when I pointed out manger was not willing to accept the mistake . As per him they cover the dirt by polishing the tyre which was news to me . Asked for refund and he was happy to issue Collected my refund and left the centre . Sorry can’t recommend. They are too busy and service level has gone down .

Went for a manual car wash and was made to wait almost 1 hour before my turn came, and once my wash was concluded the drying and the vacuuming Zone, let three cars behind me, getting their vacuuming done first, and letting them go before my turn could even come after objecting.
