Awful bike service. Chain was not oiled and got rusted in a week - bike was at home, not used. Guys denied their mistake just putted oil directly on rust! Had to change chain

Beyond Bike is a great place to fulfill most biking needs. This large store is very well stocked with a wide range of bicycles, tools, accessories, equipment and supplements. There is also a cafe upstairs. However, what made the strongest impression on me was the outstanding customer service, professionalism and courteous, resourceful and helpful attitude of the staff. Even though I ordered my bike online, they arranged for me to be able to pick it up in store way ahead of the delivery date. There are also seasonal promotions of different product ranges featuring many great deals. Of course there is also a service center making it a comprehensive one stop outlet to meet all your biking needs.

Bought a downhill bike from this store. (giant reign 29 sx, aprox 15k aed)
All was good, but after 15 minutes of riding, the chain tried to fly off the last gear, and scratched a completely new frame (I rode around the area, on a flat road, to get used to the bike).
Brought the bike to the service maintenance, and said that this was the mistake of the master who assembled and tuned the bike (did not set up the end position on the derailleur), and that this needs to be fixed under warranty (the paint over the scratch).
In response I received that the store could not do anything about it, and they would give me a five percent discount on this service maintenance (the service maintenance cost 150 dirhams), and there was nothing more they could do.
I think this is very bad customer service. If you want people to come back to you for new purchases, then you need to correct such mistakes and make presents to your customers.
I advise everyone to check the build quality after the masters from this store so that your bike is not damaged and you are not upset like me.

Marc and the team were super helpful in assisting me with my new road bike. Very beginner friendly, would recommend to anyone who’s just starting and would like to learn the basics of cycling or more about bikes before making the leap.

One of the worst shopping experiences in UAE. After almost two months of returning defective carbon handle bar that got scratched because of Garmin plastic holder!! They rejected the return because of user mistake! A carbon handle bar that costs AED 1,200 ! .. I absolutely don’t recommend dealing with that shop anyhow.
The only exception is the maintenance guys .. otherwise don’t go there..

Finally, after a week of waiting, they gave the most unprofessional excuse that the driver is unwell and they can’t deliver the bike. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply canceled my order and promised a refund. Absolute rubbish service – unreliable, poorly managed, and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend!

Their promo is a scam! I paid online and stock is showing 2 more left and then they told me the bike I purchased is no longer available. Fix your system if item is sold out then take down the ads.

To be honest is it quite surprising to see such a big selection of biking accessories available in such a small store. Very wel thought of use of available space for sure. Beyond the Bike and next door Giant is actually two connected stores with the same staff providing sales and after sales, as well as bike cleaning services. Friendly and helpful staff and as mentioned before really a very good selection of biking accessories. Located at the First Avenue mall so plenty of parking available underground and in front, front and back entrances as well.
