Bike was perfect! Took it to Revolution Cycles to get it serviced before Ironman 70.3 Dubai, when I got it back it was not shifting properly and was told it was a bent dropout - they did not accept any responsibility. Very unhappy former customer 😡

Customer service is not that professional, when they answer the phone they told you to bring the bike and when you do, they surprise you that you need to have booking and your bike will stay at the workshop for 3-4 days.
Don’t recommend, you can have better customer service with other providers who is clear with their instructions.

Hi, not a great experience! Brought the bike in to repair/replace the the drop post, the basic service offered by your staff was secondary. Numerous phone calls to deconflict without success. Arrived to collect after service and informed you're not licensed to repair/replace the drop post and you'd charged me for a full service despite confirming basic on arrival.
Not a good experience all round

I’d like to give a shoutout to Josh (the bike mechanic). I’m confident that he’s the bike whisperer—he did such an amazing job setting up my bike to match my profile. It felt incredible on the trails! I also really appreciate the amount of knowledge he shared about what needed to be done to fit my riding style. Their labor charges are reasonably priced, and the service is friendly. Plus, they offer free coffee and cookies! I highly recommend Revolution Cycles to anyone looking for a great experience.

Poor customer service, always liked their shop until I tried to replace an inner tube, bought 2, one was faulty - split at the valve as soon as inflated. Anyway long story short, I was met with an argumentative response, what should have been a simple return/swap for a faulty product, turned into a huge problem it seems. Not the friendly, helpful service I thought was always the case. I wouldn’t return - will go to beyond the bike/giant nearby instead.

The Revolution Cycle Shop is truly amazing, providing professional services through their proficient and highly skilled team. They hold the number one position in Dubai for cycling service care. They transformed my TT bike and Pina bike into soft-riding and high-performing machines.

Was involved in a crash organized by them and insured with them. Not only were they not helpful but they never honored the insured and were very rude.

We had the best experience buying a frog bike for our son. Kirby was 11/10! They made the experience so fun and they even did an Easter egg hunt for the kids. The shop had such a family vibe whilst it also felt like a professional outlet. I would highly recommend.
