The road force balancing machine does not work. They installed 4 brand new tires on my car with the balancing machine inside their mobile service van and I had to re do the balancing from else where because the car had unbearable vibration. My car has 20 inch wheels and it's mandatory to get roadforce balancing .
They messed with the car and don’t even know how to fix it. They couldn’t properly install the water pump and ended up blocking the engine. Now, I’m holding them accountable and taking official action against them because I have a printout from the dealership on the same day I took the car to them. I’m in the process of filing complaints, especially since they don’t record anything properly on the invoice—they just write ‘service’ because they know they are messing things up. In addition, I am involving the Ministry of Labor for taking action against untrained personnel and for tampering with vehicles.”
