I tried this car wash recently, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. We paid a considerable amount, but the service was mostly focused on the exterior. The interior was barely touched — I’d give it only 5% at best. I hope they pay more attention to detail and improve the quality of their interior cleaning service.

My car is NEW! and today I came to wash it, the service is minus one, when they delivered the car to me it was still dirty. I asked them to clean it better and when I came back for it, they said that was all they could do. Definitely a very bad cleaning. When I was on my way I realized that they made a very big and deep scratch on it and it was obvious that it was on purpose. I'm going to go as far as I can to get them to answer me and make the person who did it pay the consequences.

Review:

I took my car for a wash for 50 AED. When I picked it up, the exterior was clean, and the front interior looked good as well. I went home satisfied, but a few days later, I opened the back door and was shocked by the amount of sand left in the back! This shows a lack of attention to detail. I expect better service for the price I paid and request compensation for the incomplete cleaning.

Thank you for your kind service with professionalism. The sales advisor Mr Aseer is very humble and proactive in his service which makes experience ever better. The overall experience is overwhelming.

The wash didn’t quite meet expectations, especially considering the price I paid. It felt overpriced for the level of service provided, there are better choices around.

Worst service and worst cleaning, paid AED 231.00, after receiving the car i found many spots that's not cleaned well and after i left i found full spots under the car and rear bumbers not touched!!!!!

So ridiculous and overpriced and you better go and pay 50 dirhams in other places and u'll get way more better service!!!!!!!!!!
