I am very satisfied with Rise Up Plumbing Services. Ali is honest, super reliable and very efficient. He has "saved" me many times by rescuing all types of plumbing issues. I fully trust and support him!
I called them and they came to my house, checked the issue and said they need to go get parts for it. Hours later, no reply to calls or messages. Eventually I call again and all they say is ‘parts weren’t available’. I already don’t have water flowing at home and they wasted my entire day! Don’t waste your time.
Replacement parts prices are double, they will charge you 60% extra from the device original market price.
Very bad work when it comes to replacement and servicing ( incompetent workers ).

Terrible service. Workers are unprofessional and just want to finish quick without proper care. Do not recommend going with this maintenance company. You’ll end paying more for damage they do to the rest of the place. I called for them to install the water heater and they not only damaged by ceiling, but damaged other water pipes and did not install the water valve safety. Which lead to further leakage of water.
The team came for a villa water tank cleaning, and 5 hours after what they have referred to, as the “professional” cleaning is done, we found out that there is no more water coming out, and this was in the middle of the night!!
We had to wait till next day morning for them to re-send their “professional team”, who fixed the problem and stated that “the water pump pipe had some air in it, which caused the water not to go through”!!!
All companies are now calling themselves “professionals”, even with horrible service level, this is all across the vast majority of the services companies in Dubai.
