Dear Manager’s I am writing to provide feedback on an unfortunate experience I had at mega mall on December 27,2024 During my visit, I encountered a situation where a sales representative displayed unprofessional behavior. While I stood in front of the representative for over half an hour, they ignored me, choosing instead to chat with friends. Despite my visible need for assistance, I was not approached or helped. Fortunately, another team member noticed and assisted me promptly. However, after the issue was resolved, the initial representative approached me and requested that I put their ID number for the sale, presumably to claim the profit benefit, despite having contributed nothing to the transaction. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unfair, not only to customers but also to colleagues who are genuinely working hard to assist customers. I believe this issue should be addressed to ensure better service quality and a fair work environment for all employees. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. I bought 55inc smart tv last april 25. It was the display item and until today they cannot provided the tv box only.it is already 3 days since i bought the item.i am very disappointed. Starting this post by telling everyone to be careful about the extra warranty the sales person provides you. It’s all candies and honey until you uncover the actual policy behind it. One week and a half ago I have purchased a laptop and the sales clerk told me about the Sharaf DG warranty that will cover any damages and the item will be replaced. By a lucky coincidence found out that you have to pay 210 aed in case the product is repaired and another 20% out of the total value if the product is replaced. While they try you to tell to buy the warranty nobody is giving 10 seconds to explain the policy. When I spoke with the guy regarding this issues only then he told me you have to pay. Second issue is with an iPhone bought last July and purchased the extra warranty also for damages and malfunctioning only to find out after 9 months that the 500 aed spend were only for software issues. Of course is too late for any complaint or any refunds. Do not go for their warranty without being totally informed what are the extra costs. They can spend with you one hour to sell you the product but don’t spend 15 seconds explaining the warranty. Is the last time I will ever step my food inside any of Sharaf DG branches. Based on my experience be very careful whenever you buy something from them
Went there 2 weeks back to change my camera lens cover which was still under warranty. They said they don't have the color in stock and that they'll call me back in 4 days. It's been 2 weeks! And no updates from them. Not even a single call or message. Extremely bad customer service. The least they could do is to keep the customer posted rather than just hoping that the customer would never come back! NB: I paid for the lens cover, it wasn't free!
