Axiom has become a company that specializes in scamming and defrauding customers. Beware of it. Recently, after a another company bought it, Axiom found legal solutions, including asking the customer to provide them with the purchase invoice when replacing the phone protective case. 5 years ago I bought it, and when I wanted to replace it, they refused because there was no invoice, knowing that Axiom has never provided a customer with a purchase invoice before Be careful of this company, Axiom, and do not deal with it, lest what happened to me happen to you... Very poor service from Axiom. We took iPhone 14 protector 2 years back and we used to replace protector . New management changed and they are not treating customer with respect and asking to bring bills for 2 years back despite all record available in their system. They are happy to loose customers when we discussed that everytime we changing without issues . Customer support says new management changed and we can’t help .
Worst experience that took place on Wednesday 6 Nov. I was always able to change my screen protector in all axiom branches by them checking the screen protector, knowing that it is theirs, them being experts and they change it smoothly. The arab zalama that works there refused to change it for obvious reasons, him being incompetent and him not wanting to work. I walked away without changing my screen protector. And according to him it's because I didnt have the bill of the screen protector purchase I had 3 years ago, utter incompetency.
