Extremely Disappointed – Worst After-Sales Service! I purchased a V-Walk screen guard (VWS23ULTRABNDL CLR Case+S&L S23U) for AED 169 from Sharaf DG Mankhool, which came with a 1-year replacement warranty. Right after purchase, the screen guard showed color changes and peeled off within days. When I went for a replacement, I was given the worst customer service experience! No stock at Mankhool, sent to Dubai Mall, then to Ibn Battuta, where a replacement failed to work with the fingerprint sensor, then to BurJuman, and finally back to Mankhool—all this with no solution after TWO months! Sharaf DG has completely failed to honor the warranty and has wasted my time, effort, and money. I have been forced to use my phone without a screen guard for over two months, leading to damage to my device. Even after multiple emails and follow-ups, no proper response or action has been taken. This is by far the worst after-sales service I have ever experienced. If you value your time and money, avoid purchasing warranty-backed products from Sharaf DG! I will be escalating this to consumer protection authorities. Highly disappointed and NOT RECOMMENDED! 🚫
I bought a mobile for my father - Oppo Reno 13 F 5G from Sharaf DG mankhool branch. Really appreciate the guidance from team and effort they took to re-issue the invoice to facilitate vat refund on visit visa. Thank you Zakir and team for all the support and best service! I got new phone before yesterday and I paid in sharaf dg in this branch and they said they will send the next day by delivery and I received it dirty and I came to the same branch to change but they are not accepting. VERY rude customer service no one tried to help. Looks like second hand to me
I got the new iphone 16 2 days ago and it was second hand because the box was very dirty, so i went back to sharaf DG and told them to give me a new phone, and they refused and asked me to pay extra 1000. I called apple to make sure and i gave the serial number and they told me that this iPhone was purchased 13 December 2024. But i paid the full amount and they told me that this is a new iphone. They lied and scammed me and they are not returning my money or giving me a new iphone
Visited their mankool showroom this evening. It was very brightly lit and well designed. I was inquiring about the new mobile Nothing 3a. Highly impressed with their salesperson, Mr.Bilal who went the extra mile to explain me this phone features.
