BAD experience – Poor after-sales support!
I gave my kid’s tablet for service at the Al Zahia branch on 23rd February. This is the device my child uses for school activities. After waiting 20 days, they returned the tablet, claiming the service was completed.
However, when I got home and tried to unlock it, I noticed the password option was missing and instead, a pattern lock was set. That’s when I realized they gave me the wrong tablet!
I went back to the Al Zahia store on next day 17th March and I waited almost an hour to know what’s the next step. Finally the team lead came and said the tablet needed to be sent back to Jebel Ali for service again and assured me someone would update me the next day.
Until today, no update, no one contacted me. When I reached out to their customer care now, I got the usual generic response: “There is no update from the service department; we will pass the message to speed up the process.”
I have already waited nearly a month, and I still don’t know when I will get my tablet back. Extremely disappointed with their service!

Be aware that Sharaf DG has a serious issue in managing warranties, they over promise and never deliver. They commit to call on specific dates but they never do. My appliance is with them for the past 17 days. I follow up and i receive the same response “Thank you for your patience, I have added a note to your ongoing concern, and our relevant team will update you as soon as possible”, it seems the same phrase is copied and pasted for all clients.
Poor service and customer experience !!
I go Sharaf DG to buy TV. I don’t know much, but the staff help me very good. He show me big 65 inch OLED TV with clear picture and fast screen. He explain everything easy for me. I like the TV. The person name is Amit. Very good man.
I had a great experience at Sharaf DG in Al Zahia City Centre, especially in the television section. I was assisted by Thamseer, the LG brand promoter, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the features of different LG TV models clearly and patiently answered all my questions. His professional attitude and customer-friendly approach made my shopping experience much smoother. Highly recommended if you're looking for expert advice on LG TVs!
I had an amazing experience in Zahid city centre Sharaf DG with the customer service team! I was feeling really down because my new laptop was locked, and I wasn’t sure what to do. Thankfully, (Rod )came to the rescue! He handled the issue with great care and professionalism, fixing the problem in just five minutes. His quick work and friendly approach completely turned my day around. He even called me back to make sure everything was working perfectly. I’m truly grateful for his outstanding service! Thanks Rod

Very bad customer service. I made order 6 days back, and the order is not being delivered yet. I called for refund, the simple answer from their customer care, Mam go visit the store dor refund. Seriously! Their customer care promises with call back and nothing happens!
We bought the latest double screened yoga laptop and it's not as described by the sales guy. It get heated up easily, it's battery life is disappointingly short, it has software glitches and malfunctions. And it's slow. This shop doesn't even take responsibility to accept the product back or repair it along with transportation. They don't even warn the buyer that in case of defects it can't be fully refunded. Don't buy from this store👎🏽
Worst customer service I have ever deal with, the manager of customer service (both: Hareth & Abishaikh) keeps giving words without doing anything.
I have bought a washing machine (with extended 2 years warranty) and it stoped working after 2 months of use only.
Asked for repair & they keep giving promises that they will send a team to repair, I have visited the branch 3 times; every time they promise that they repairing team will call me the next day. I keep waiting and not receiving any call; now almost 3 weeks passed without progress, they just sent a person to inspect; he came and told that they have to replace a part of the machine. They did not ever come again & when I follow up with SharafDG they just keep promising that they will send the team the day after, then nothing happens.
I am not sure if these 2 guys are supposed to be working in Sharaf DG company, they just talk and give promises then nothing happens.
In all ways, I will never buy anything from this store again.
