Don’t ever go to ISTYLE for a service or repair, their customer service is the worst and they genuinely do not help you with anything, they just check if you have warranty or not and that’s all they did. It is actually the worst. It happened to me two times.

I went to this store (I Style) to replace my damaged headphones, and the employee told me to wait from 15 to 20 minutes. I waited there, but no one came to help me. More than 20 minutes passed, and I went to see a second employee, and he told me that the service was closed, and I told him How am I here in the store before 7:30, and then he took the phone from me and went to the service and said, “They will call you,” and I waited a long time, and in the end the employee told me, “They will call you.” The service is very bad
I went with my sister to this branch and honestly they are always helpful… But shoutout to Erica who helped us and was super patient explaining the trade in process and helping us transfer the data too.

First of we came to buy the charger wire but they agent didn't ask why type of adapter connector we have and simply gave us whatever he got and when we realised and ask him for the same here said we can just select its all the same price so while my friend was sure about her I was checking if the one that I wanted has the same connector cause i wasn't sure and it wasn't for me hence I was waiting for their reply but the staff ask me if I'm done as there are other customers waiting and I can clearly see there was no one so unfortunately because of this reason I decided to be petty and didn't purchase anything!
It should not matter how much worth a customer item is what matters is how they are treated.
When I confronted the staff about it he simply ignored me and acted like nothing happened yet I ask him again where is the customer that he was talking about he clearly ignored me on my face this time and ask if I want it . What a douche first he wanted to save his time and wanted to bill all items under 1 person with different bill then upon correction he did what we ask and while confirming the details he called out my name wrong.
I understand everyone has different level of pronunciation but if he's confident he shouldn't butcher the name instead he could simply ask me and i would have happily told him my name but it did not happened and cherry on the top after that incident he told me that there's other when the store was clearly empty with only my friend and me with a lady and the store had 4 staffs even if they all individually help individuals they still have one spare person what is the logic behind this i dont understand he clearly saw that I was upset yet he didn't even tried to make the situation better i don't want him to beg for forgiveness but it's standard you apologise even if you don't mean it to dissolve and kind of unwanted situation with this i hope he would learn and stop rushing even if there is rush we are not blind and I was not making things difficult for him he dig his own grave and I will never be going to this store thanks to this champion of pusher!!!
Staff in Service centre there are very careless. I kept my mobile there for repairs and everyday they said that I’ll receive a call from them, but never someone calls back

With a background in customer service, I value attentive engagement. Unfortunately, my experience here did not meet those standards. Disappointing.
