I bought a honor mobile with that i got a free spin in the free spin i got a honor tab 8 they told me to wait 1 month & the free item will b delivered to my address since that its almost 8 month I didn’t got anything when i tried to contact the store every time they will tell me its not our responsibility its honor company they will provide me when I contacted “honor” they told me its store responsibility to hand over the tab there was a indian manager even though he took picture with me for the free tab when I contacted him they are not giving a good response i have every proof every documents . Then who is responsible for the item if both party cant take thé responsibility why to tell customers that u will get a free gift ??
I purchased a LG oled evo 55 inch C3 TV. I'm very happy to say that the sales executive Mr.Zaheer. he is very good at Knowing about all Tv models. I'm really confused about choosing the best TV. Mr.Zaheer Clearly explained each one by one TV model. He has detailed experience in the Live Market. I will give to 5 star rating. Skills in technical, product warranty, communication, Live Market, Politely, respect. Offers in product etc. thank you Mr.Zaheer. The billing section Mr.Abraham explained about the product warranty and physical damage warranty. Will Claim in the future if there are any problems in software, hardware and damage. He have experience in billing. Also got the product at a good and best price, physical warranty and with offers. Thanks for your patience and valuable time to spend with me.
I recommend don't purchase emax care especially for mobiles. It is really horrible. I gave my device 15days before, still now no updates. Better buy the insurance for apple/Samsung care.

I went to the store at 12:34 to change the phone screen protection. I told a person who works in the store, whose name is Muhammad Zahir, that I wanted to change the screen. He told me that he did not know how to change it, and he replied to me, saying, “You can come at 3 in the afternoon.” At this time, a person who works in this field comes and when I asked him if someone wanted to participate and install a new one. He told me that perhaps the manager knows about this. Then I went to the branch manager when he found out that I wanted to renew it. He told me the same thing. I do not understand how a store like this does not have enough employees to meet customers.

Same as old emax nothing will ever change with landmark group.
After buying a TV in 5 months it shows up it has manufacture defect and they asked me to wait for the parts to be arrived after 4 weeks.
They are so good in convincing and selling and chasing the customer through the branch. But after sales is not in their dictionary.
We bought iphone 16 pro from e- max in zahia branch and Mr.Mohammad Asif gave great customer service and best offer for us. Thank you so much. Highly recommend e-max for your future purchases.
Worst customer experience ever.
I bought an iPhone 16 pro 2 days ago. I selected natural titanium and bought the phone. They said the bill will be received by email but still I didn't get it. Once we unbox the phone colour was white titanium. Very disappointing the way they treat the customers without accepting their mistake.
We thought Emax was a reputed place that's why we trusted them and went there otherwise we could have bought from anywhere. Now they're not doing anything about this nor they are accepting their mistake.may be they want to clear the colour stocks that are not selling much.
