I called their call center, a person tried to sort it out for me and offered me to receive it from another branch (MOE), when I went there to get the gift, I found a totally different design and model!!!!

Fake service don't believe them. They kept your devices for repair and then revert back after lame excuses without repair. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Farhan was our technician. He resurrected my daughter’s iPhone by replacing the screens and protector. He delivered it back in records time cleaned and fix with an amazing smile. Really happy with the level of professionalism and service. Minutes also do lots of other little but essential things so will use them as my go to store in the future.
I had an amazing experience at minutes! I brought in my laptop, which was having some frustrating issues, and the team quickly identified the problem. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Not only did they resolve the issue efficiently, but they also gave me helpful advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Highly recommend them for any tech issues.
I had an issue with my Samsung S23 Ultra and visited Minutes Service Center. I was assisted by Mr. Basil, who quickly identified the problem and resolved it on the spot. I really appreciate his expertise and the excellent service provided. Great work, Mr. Basil!
If you have phone issue , this your your must ho place !! Very good staff and quick service
The place is a joke. I wonder if any of positive reviews are not fake. I had 3 luggage bags with issues: a broken wheel, lock and handle. They said these issues are not fixable and rejected to provide a written report stating that. The work is easy though -- replace the wheel, replace (or better fix) the lock, fix the handle (set in its place). According to other reviews, they are very lazy and incompetent.
They said I had lifetime warranty and then when I went to change it, they didn’t tell me that I was charged extra. Their customer service is really bad.
Very bad service, I take my shoes to repair it and they called me yesterday to collect. I take it but nothing was repaired and I PAID 80 AED FOR NOTHING.
