I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Servify. I had already purchased Apple Care for my iPad, fully expecting that any software-related issues would be covered under the plan. However, when I reached out to Servify for assistance with a software update, I was charged 100 AED for what should have been a basic service.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant exploitation of customers. If I have already paid for Apple Care, why am I being charged extra for something as simple as a software update? This reflects very poorly on both Servify and Apple. It’s unfair and frustrating to be treated this way as a loyal customer.
Apple should take notice of such practices, as it tarnishes their reputation and leaves customers feeling cheated. I expected better, and this experience has left me questioning the value of Apple Care and the integrity of Servify’s services. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I strongly do not recommend dealing with Servify! They returned my phone with screen damage after their battery replacement service. They are now actively trying to avoid responsibility for the damage made; assume the customer is not being truthful (otherwise, what are the grounds for the conversation at all - if the damage was done during your service, regardless of the warranty coverage the expense shall not be on the customer); trying to deny the repair before even seeing the device, which is extremely unprofessional and are giving unrealistic time-frames for inspection, all clearly to discourage the customer from dealing with them and “just forget it” (which is not going to be the case). Apple should really pay attention to whom they are choosing as partners. Awful experience.

Don't waste your time going there
My phone was 100% in good working condition with 80% battery health. I bring in my phone for battery replacement only and to my surprise the unit was returned with 100% battery but with unresponsive/not working upper touch screen. I felt so sad and disappointed. 😪😞 Please don’t lie to apple, I was recommended to change the screen because the side clip is missing. The guy who repaired the phone can attest that the touch screen is functioning very well before he changed the battery.
SERVIFY- Apple official service partner is giving best services. I visited for some issue in my iPhone and it was shorted out very smoothly. Also, timely updates were provided during the whole process. Special thanks to Akshay who handled my case and given best services. Thanks Akshay for all the support and quick resolution. Worst customer service they only want to take your money, don’t care about the customer problems.
I went there to replace my damaged airpods pro left ear piece. But after 1 day my right ear piece started making some weird noise. I went back to the store. But the store denied to address the issue. The technician is asking to contact apple store. Okay thehn, when i asked him to do service by charge. He is simply saying 380AED the same price which i had paid for the left ear piece. All this time he didn’t even touch my airpods, so without even checking he is directly planning to replace my airpods.
Later when i contacted apple support they asked me to get a report from this store. But this technician won’t provide the report for what happened. They had did the software update using my airpods pro case last time. I am asking for the report then also he is refusing to provide.
Totally pathetic just want to suck your money!!
