Did a huge mistake, giving my car to do my service (to someone you dont know), for the past 5 years I service my car from the dealer itself, and after seeing the reviews I decided to go ahead with Carcility, the customer service was good initially. after servicing my car the next day, when I start the car it started giving a noise which was not there before the service, and I called the customer agent he said he will check with their team but never got back to me.
Now I have to spend more money and time to go to the dealer and fix it.
Waste of TIME and MONEY.
