Good guys in the cleaning team and they did a decent job. Friendly, polite and they got on with the job with no fuss. However, the company policy doesn't seem to do anything to protect anything else in the house whilst spraying water and chemicals over the sofa. No covering of any other furniture - and so I've had clean the windows, the rest of the furniture, tables, TV, etc. To be fair, the cleaning guys were good and did a good job of the sofa cleaning. But perhaps taking a little more care would be good if if Ilaj would like repeat business. Because of this I doubt I'd use them again. There are plenty more cleaning companies out there. AGAIN, the guys who did the actual cleaning were good and offered to mop up after they'd finished. I told them, no, that I'd do it. But I'd say cleaning companies should learn to be cleaner. It really should be policy. If you need a grade, it's a C-, could do a LOT better. That's my honest feedback.

I called Ilaj to deep clean the apartment I was vacating. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Can't find a single flaw with their cleaning. Left it cleaner than when I got the apartment. Highly recommend. In comparison to another company I hired to clean my new apartment, these guys took an entire six hours to clean a small 2 bed because they went through it in detail. You can book the service on their app which is also fantastic and a real pleasure to use. I did not get any extra discounts for this review, I'm just so happy about their service. Don't forget to leave a small tip for the guys

I didnt want to write this but ive been left with bp choice. Firstly we agreed on cleaning the house inside and from outside(picturesof the house provided), he clearly mentioned that they will need tp arrange scaffoldings, their team arrived with with a small ladder that couldnt even reach the top of the ground floor so they were unable to clean the top glass, it took me going to the location for 3 days getting them to come and clean the glass.

Later they cleaned the inside glass with scrappers which left rhe glass with really bad deep scratches, they said it was a mistake and the workers said that the company will deduct it from their salaries, the manager came but was unable to fix it, as it was a rental property I gave them a very generous solution of merely giving me a letter that would assure they fix the glass in the event of the landlord asking me to fix it, if I was not asked to fix it then I would not ask them. I paid them in full and they agreed to it. They said they will bring the letter soon, i followed up multiple times but they never showed up with the letter.

I recently booked Illaj Services for deep cleaning and this was the second time. But this time the service / cleaning was very sloppy and they didn’t do a good job. Very disappointed with the service. When I called to compliant the manager didn’t bother to respond back.I don’t think I am gonna call this company for deep cleaning or for that matter any other services.

I used both carpentry and plumbing services. The services were very poor. I will not recommend them for carpentry and plumbing services.

Need to work with better vendors. Got Covid test done through them and despite being told results will come within 24 hrs nothing was provided. No timeline. Had to miss the flight.

Refund took 11 days of chasing and following up

PCR. The most unreliable company . I booked an appointment between 4-6 pm. I got a call at 12 saying they were outside my home,I said I will not be home until 4pm then at 2pm the same call, they did not show up until 7pm after several calls. This is now the 2nd time it has happened, my appointment was at 12 noon , it’s now 10pm and I’m still waiting for somebody to come . Terrible customer service.

Their Services are not upto the mark. Customer care communication was very rude and unprofessional. They had mentioned first AC duct cleaners will come and later home cleaners will arrive but unfortunately AC cleaners ended up coming late. Staff had mentioned earlier it would take 6 hours to complete cleaning but they just finished in three and half hours. Cobweb from the corner of the walls was not removed , washroom and all doors was not cleaned properly. Later , after sending pictures which was not done proper they had assured they will send them again but they were fooling us around. Dissatisfied services and unprofessional communication !!!

We booked a deep cleaning with Ilaj before we moved into our new apartment. We were very happy and impressed with the quality of their services. They very very responsive and helpful in booking the services. We Were able to get a slot for the very next day! The service itself was impeccable. They cleaned spots I didn't even think of myself! The place was sparkling by the time they left. We would definitely recommend their services!

We used Ilaj home services for pet grooming and they did such a great job. They were very professional and our pup was very comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend.
