Best and Quick service. My car is trapped in the level 2 basement as it didn't start for some reason, I tried to call many nearby service stations, no one responded with a positive answer. Open Bonnet did it's best, helped me get my car fixed. Thank you, Great job!

fake company fake service.

Dear all be careful about this open bonnet they r just scammer, they just created website n using social media to scam people's.

as my experience my VW,showing the engine light on and I try to find some trusted work shop,I check in internt n find this scam they provide all European car services, I contact them and they ask my location. after that they said go to near by workshop near to you I was so happy the workshop its near to me I been there at 12 PM and I tell them I'm contacted ur company open bonnet please check my car I need to rush to go work . they check and say my engine coolant linkage and oxygen sensor need to replace I said oke ,then I wait 2hrs no one there to help me they are on lunch break however I tell to reception the women was so kind tell her that I leave my car and I have to go work, she said well u can keep ur car here we will let you know the price.after next day I call open bonnet they said i need to pay1500 workshop and parts, I ask this is genuine parts or fake? they said its genuine parts I said if genuine parts u can fixed my car then 5 days after I contacted them about my car they said we try to fixed but parts still not coming we ordered,I wait, then 6th dy i been there to workshop I show they using duplicate parts it's only price below 200 dirhams in online I ask them work shop to provide me the parts bill, they said contact with open bonnet they are the middle brokers,I contact the open bonnet they said not possible to provide bill its internal matter,then I understand this is a scam and they just provide the workshop near u and get 50% commission of total charges, after all I ask them to give a bill paper or I call police then they said wait I try to find the bill later they provide me a fake bill paper there is no shop or supplying company name or any address or.contact number.

now my plan to file a case of this scammer company open bonnet bcs of fake parts its damage my car also they provide me fake bill additional double vat + total bill they put me over charges .

so my suggestion u guys if you trapping of this fake company u never share to workshop that u contacted from open bonnet
if u share workshop about this scam open bonnet they will looted your pocket and make damage your lovely car.

Great service. They managed to save me loads on an original quote i recieved. Didnt need everything i was told and they were honest and great with me. Picked up and dropped off car hassle free.

If you want your car to be safe and not get robbed. Pls don't visit this place. I tool my car for tmsteering repair. They have put fake parts and charged me 3k AED. They have completely damaged my steering. Fake place. They don't even have their own garage and give the vars to some random garages

Very professional company and great value for money! Car was picked up, fixed and dropped off in the same day. We were kept in loop on every step during the fixing. Payment was very easy, through payment link with Apple Pay option. Would definitely recommend!

Worst ever experience in 9 years in UAE their workshops are very worst and worst service they are providing. Charging for premium oil prices and putting open drums oil in the cars.... Please avoid them if you love your car
