Avoid.. they took my scooter in a perfect working condition just for maintenance & cleaning and ended up with a faulty display + no throttling
Failed to fix and permanently ruined my scooter š
Brought a drift scooter - it has never worked properly and they refuse to fix it. Had it back for repair 3 times as battery never held power as it should. They never manage to fix and now refuse to fix it. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
Dont bring your scooter for repair to this shop , they will do more damage so that you keep going for repair and they will make money out of you , e.g my bike has tubeless tyre, i gave them new tyre to replace it , but they lost tyre and they put tube in tubeless tyre and they are not willing to accept there mistake, even they check cameras, still they will try to put blame on customer , saying your bike is not tubeless , even it says on the tyre still they will not agree with you,
these repair guys from pakistan from my own country still they doing like this , how much more for those people who doesnāt have much idea about repairingā¦..

I bought a kids scooter from these guys and Iām very impressed by the service. I will recommend to all my friends. They also do service and repair
I bought a scooter on Sunday at 6pm, one hour before the shop closed, and I basocally had to stage a protest to be allowed to complete my purchase. As counterintuitive as may sound, the employee was doing everything to avoid having to sell me a vehicle. "I am looking for a scooter, small but with more than 20k real range" "We don't have any" was her reply, while standing in the middle of a store full of scooters. Of course, they had plenty, but I have to sift through their offering myself. The absurd, almost comical conversation continued, dragging on and on: "Can you give me some information about this one?" "The information is available online" "Can I buy this one, please? Your website says there's an offer on the display model" "I can't sell it to you as I have to order it from the warehouse and now it's too late." "But I see you habe two display units right here..." Since I really needed the scooter and the price was competitive, I stood in the shop and convinced the staff that I wouldn't leave the store until they'd allow me to buy it. They simply looked liked they didn't want any work and I was deeply annoying them by simply showing up as a customer - that's exactly the opposite of how one expects to be treated. I feel for the owners of this store, or whoever is paying the salaries of such incompetent, lazy and unreliable employees.
I just want to thank scoot up for the Good service and to those who made my scooter I didnāt wrong to choose the scoot up to bring my scooter to Fix Again. And to the staff thank you very much Especially to Mr. Edward so Approachable. More customers And God bless to your Shop. š
I pay a higher price for my daughter Electric Drift Scooter and end up by Getting a cheap Qualityā¦and when i try to ask for Refund the didnāt accept ā¦
I purchased a scooter with scoot up, when I received the vehicle it had the back tire flat, so we send it back to change, they gave us back same scooter with another tire, later on Iāve had the bad experience that this scooter is not working properly, as it stops in the middle of the road, or simply the battery seems empty (even if we charged it whole day), besides from that, the safe that holds the scooter still itās failing and in the middle of the road (while driving) the scooter closes itself in a very dangerous way, I had brought the scooter several times for repair on this 2 issues, thereās no warranty that covers whatās happening, every time I bring the scooter for repair I have to pay for it and next month I have to come back for the same issue, even if their service is very good and respectful with clients, this should not happen.
The service I received from the ScootUp when purchasing my scooter was absolutely outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The process was seamless, and their follow-up showed genuine care. Highly recommendāfantastic customer service from start to finish!
