At last a company which does a fully comprehensive service. The house was protected with cardboard and plastic wrap everywhere, the team were courteous and did a great job cleaning up. Vacuum, brushing and mopping all done so a clean house afterwards. Very good job on the AC units and new ceiling hatches and all completed in 1 day. Great team, great service and a breath of fresh air compared to so many other contractors. Thank you!

Don’t believe in this ad. They are talking about free inspection but all they do is talking about money when they call you. He clearly told me that the inspection consiste in counting the bedrooms and ac units that we have to give a quot and not any other thing. Pure deception

Dreadful they made an appointment
with us, we waited several days without ac (which is rather hot and inconvenient) then they cancelled it. They stated they had tried to call with no response which was not true. When I called them and asked why my appointment was cancelled they stated, ‘we want you to clean and/or fix all ac units in the house otherwise we won’t come out.’ Could’ve told us that at the time of the booking, we would have moved on to a less greedy ac repair company. But how odd would it be to have something wrong with all three ac units. And despite just having them serviced you have to get them all serviced again because something has gone wrong with one of them? Epitome of over charging!

Honestly so happy to have chosen SaniService to do deep clean in our AC - the service and attention to details was incredible. The team Shajesh was super professional and helpful to explain the whole process. They covered walls, furniture so that nothing would get dirty or contaminated. Our house was completely clean after the AC deep cleaning, which was another wow factor. Thank you again, will definitely be recommending.

Team is great! Ac and duct cleaning is still ongoing ,but what I saw up to now...I am impressed. Well organized,on time, all house is covered with nylon , so furniture is fully protected. Very professional! I am looking forward to see results of cleaning. Nothing more important than clean air in house! ☺️

Telling me to install central duct dehumidifiers, then asking 525 AED to inspect, then recommending me to use stand alone dehumidifiers which i already use at home for years. If i wanted to use stand alone units, i wouldnt pay 525 AED to you for you to recommend me the same thing, i am already using them. Waste of money and time with 0 value. Total waste

They used to be the best and hence their exorbitant prices!

They came over 3 weeks ago to service all ac units.

The initial smell from the master bed ac was nearly gone but not fully gone.

But now what we are left with is three units which click on a sporadic basis. So we have now been sleeping with just a standing fan for the last 6 weeks+.

First follow-up: engineer came and said there was no noise and left.

Second follow-up: they tightened the grill in the master bed and left the other two downstairs units rattling.

Phoned them yesterday and they are sending someone in a week’s time!

This backwards and forwards is a waste of everyone’s time and effort.

I am now raging with them that they can’t even fix a simple problem!

Very bad experience. Saw their Ad about free checkup before quotation. Filled the form, received a call and for 10 mins the guy kept on describing the service to tell me at the end that before they come i need to be aware that their basic package is XX AED which was a high amount. I said fine send your people and let’s see. Then 2 hours later i get another call, from another agent, going through the same description, but now with a 1.5k higher than the original base line quotation! I canceled the whole thing. Horrible strategy! Goodluck!
