The lack of attention to the issues faced
and poor communication at all levels, I tried to contact the upper management and no response at all. Not recommend their services to anyone. It is clear that customer care is not a priority for them, as indicated by their unprofessional conduct. I had a terrible experience with this car maintenance service, and I do not recommend it, especially if you own a luxury vehicle. As a G-Class owner, I experienced significant delays for a minor repair after a small accident. They took an entire month to complete the fix, which was extremely frustrating. The worst part is that when I finally received my car yesterday, I discovered new issues that were not there before! It seems they fixed one thing but ended up damaging other systems in the process.

I want to sincerely thanks Ms. Hend for her excellent service. You made the process of getting and maintaining my car so smooth and easy. After just two days, I was able to pick up my car, and it was in perfect condition. I truly appreciate your professionalism and dedication.
Punctured my car tire on a test drive after service and hid it from me and tried to do a cheap repair without telling me and handed the car over to me without notifying me at all of what had happened. Also did transmission oil change and I later found out that they only filled it half not full. The place looks nice and clean but be attentive when taking your car here. Always double check your invoices they tend to add things you don’t need. And keep an eye out for things like this after receiving the car. Used to be a frequent customer, now I won’t be coming back here again. They completely lost my trust with these dishonest activities.

I sent my Aston Martin Vantage to this garage because they claim to be experts in super sports cars. My car wasn’t starting, and I had no idea what the issue was. After their inspection, they quoted me 7,700 AED to replace an electrical module. I paid for the repair, but even after replacing the part, the car still wouldn’t start.
Then, they gave me a second quotation for nearly 22,000 AED to replace the key, programming, and installation. At that point, I refused and took the car to the official dealership instead. The dealership diagnosed the issue and replaced two parts – one of which was the same part this garage had already replaced. The dealership informed me that the part installed by the garage was not original.
After the dealership replaced the parts (with genuine ones), the car started immediately using the old key. Clearly, the garage’s diagnosis and repairs were both incorrect and misleading.
Since then, they’ve been ignoring all my calls and messages. No accountability, no professionalism.
Completely disappointing experience. Avoid this place if you care about your car.

UPDATE (after reading Garage's response)
They again fail to admit, even though there are 3(!) witnesses, that there was no noise from shock absorbers they tried to force me to replace. The original review states the facts accurately.

Came to the shop to buy a warranty for a car with 5k km on. Price looked great.
1. They took the car for inspection.
2. Two days later they notified me about finding "strange noise" from the shock absorbers and wanted to replace both (9-10k each) prior to issuing the warranty.
3. I asked to hear the noise first.
4. Without my authorization they replaced one of the shocks to demonstrate to me the difference in noise levels. Together with their expert we took the car for a drive, and only the "expert" could hear the noise. I even took a video - no noise.
5. Then they suggested installing microphones (!) on each shock absorber and special headphones - to show the noise difference is there. So after installing the microphones and test drive, the expert will indicate which side had the "noisy shock absorber".
6. However prior to the drive I switched the left and right wires going into the headphones. So the expert claimed that he "heard the noise" from the right side, but the wire went to the microphone installed on the left side :).
7. Long story short - after wasting a week on "imaginary noise" and multiple failed attempts to replace shock absorbers for no reason, they simply refused to issue the warranty.
8. End result: Paid 2500 for the inspection. No fixes. No Warranty.
Would not recommend.
