Absolute amatures , their website portrays a lot about their experience and all but be aware!!!would never stepp foot in that place again...
Exceptional service. Picked up and dropped off a racer and a city bike. Returned in excellent condition and prices were super reasonable. Well worth it if you have a bike that is not very expensive but needs some tlc to get if back on the road.
Great service they came to my villa to collect and returned after a few days. Good value and bikes serviced very well.
I thought it would be hard to find a parking near the shop, but staff assured me there'd be one when I reach. And they did not disappoint. Much with the service and the staffs friendliness, they did not disappoint. Had my very old Specialized Epic serviced and some parts changed, packed in a box and ready to be shipped back home. Highly recommended! Kudos to Abdul and his team!
I was not very happy with the place. Left my road bike for maintenance and for adjusting the gears (150AED) and I got it back worse than it was before. I will not repeat with them. Sorry!
I went to fix my gear. The maintinance guy pissplaced it & when I took it for a short test ride I came back to find the shop closed!!!
Poor service, they tried to fix my gear and charged me but the problem was same and the guy refused to return the money.
Will not suggest anyone to go there
Small set up but very professional bike shop! When you encounter some technical problems which are related to bikes, this shop comes into the place. From the very minor and trivial work, this shop’s technicians are more than happy to perform the tasks. Very much satisfying!
Without a doubt the best bicycle shop in Dubai. I have taken my three bicycles for service and they have been returned to me completely new. They look like they were recently purchased and at absolutely amazing price. High standard. Youssef and his team treated me very kindly and professionally. I will return to the next service.
