MRD Repairs - A Complete Solution

I brogth three of my travel lugagge for repairing the wheels in this shop. The gentleman from Pakistan who repairs the shoes is a great professional. He did did a great job. The price and the time he spend was right. I highly recommend this place.

I called this place to fix my screen, they sent me to a very sketchy place in Satwa called Al Fahad who changed my screen for 350dhs using MIX S screen. I had my phone in my pocket with my key which is something I always do. The screen immediately cracked and went all black in one area. This place is an absolute scam! They make you pay but provide absolutely bad quality!!!

RUN!!! Unprofessional and dirty work!!! We asked then to give us a quotation for fixing some frames on the wall; they came, they did a very dirty job, and only did half of the work because they didn’t know how to fix the last frame - although we sent them all the information prior to their visit. Yet, they took the total amount of money and delivered half of the job. Run, they are absolutely not professional !!!

The service over here is waste of money and our time. I had went to this shop for my Iphone 4 display breakage where they had charged me 120 AED and kept a display (I don't whether it is new or not). I had asked them to install the original part. I had asked 4-5 times whether it is original or not, they said it is original. After installing the display and turning it on back the screen is not working and the display was weird and the lock wasn't opening because the display is working. I asked the technician why it is working, he told several reasons such as (your phone memory is full, your phone's ICS is not working and Your phone Touch ICS is not working and so on) and said me that it will work normal after usage. I thought ok and went back. After some days i'm still facing the same problem when i went back to them and asked why it is happening like this then they said it was your phone's ICS problem (where my previous screen was working nice but the screen was broken so i thought to change the display) and asked me the receipt which they hadn't given when i changed the display. Now they are saying that the display will not have any kind of warranty so it will not be replaced, if you want we will repair it. I thought to write this review not because i have any anger or grudge on this shop. I don't know who they are and where they are from but when i pay an amount of 120AED i will expect some sort of service from anyone, which these guys hadn't gave me. By paying that much amount they hadn't installed any original product.

Very friendly staff and were very honest with their work. Highly recommended. They fixed my mobile quickly without having to replace the entire part that wqs damaged so I saved a lot of money vs what other places were quoting.
