Excellent service at a good price. Have three Tumi suitcases that Tumi themselves could / would not repair. Extremely disappointing. However, Dubai Repairs collected from the house, performed the repairs and dropped them back off again. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!
Fixed my child's toy electric car quite quickly , professionally and for a reasonable price replacing a number of parts. They were polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
I called them, asked them if they could do trampoline repair, they said yes. I send them a message on WhatsApp and they told me they could not repair the trampoline. They took ages to respond too. Unprofessional.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update to my review - When I called you, and asked you, you said that you could repair trampoline. A more appropriate and professional answer would have been: "We first need to run an assessment and decide whether or not we can dot it. Please send us the pictures....Instead of telling me: "Yes we can do it" and then "no we cannot do it" without providing the inherent reasons as well.....
Very disappointing experience. They charged significantly more than other companies, yet the same problem occurred again soon after the repair. I expected a proper fix for the price, but it was not worth it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
WOW they did an amazing job fixing my broken marble statue. Price was reasonable and very professional. I was a bit nervous when I saw they fixed vacuum cleaners etc, but they really did a fantastic repair. I will definitely use them again. You really cant see the join.
