A very bad experience that starts with the maintenance team. The prices are not fixed. I wanted to replace the screen of my mobile. They force you to replace the battery and the outer frame of the phone, knowing that there is no problem with the battery even though the healthy battery is destroyed.
For My Samsung fold 4 "wifi network connection" problem, yesterday visited AlJimi Samsung service centre for maintenance, they r not friendly, they took my phone inside and brought back after 20 minuites, They told have to replace some cable in the folding side of phone for that they will charge AED 1770.00 🙄 PLEASE DON'T BUY SAMSUNG especially Fold series. After service centre inspection of my phone, today noticed now battery drain fast & charging very slowly. I got doubt service center Since yesterday (25-9-24)my phone miniscreen not working. For a silly complaint (WiFi network connection problem) I took my phone to service centre, after their inspection now miniscreen problem battery problem

Manager need to have a course on how to deal with customer and solve their problem as a manager skills is poor with customer care , give him a course of handling issue and not talk l in a rude way this is not acceptable also employee refuse to give me other employee to talk to he said no one their after that their is someone / leave me on the line when am talking and talk to other employee in Hindi /
Samsung Al Jimi mall is a well managed store and the team there is supportive. I dealt with Mr. Mahmoud who deserves a praise for his attentive attitude and his willingness to answer any question. I recently switched to Samsung Electronics & it’s convincing and well priced.
