I had a terrible experience with Sharf DJ Shop's mobile phone service when I purchase new phone from them last week . The terms and conditions of the warranty were clear but the staff try to mislead me. 1. False Warranty Claims: The warranty clearly stated that I could return or exchange the mobile within one week, no questions asked. However, when I returned the phone just three days after purchase due to a major defect (no sound when receiving notifications), they refused to honor the warranty. 2. Defective Product: After acknowledging that there was a significant defect in the mobile, instead of offering an exchange as promised, they insisted on fixing the software. This is unacceptable, especially since the warranty terms allowed for an exchange even if there were no issues. 3. Poor Customer Service: I tried to explain that the warranty explicitly gave me the right to return or exchange the phone within one week, especially with such a big issue, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, I feel tricked by Sharf DJ Shop. Their refusal to honor the warranty and the poor customer service left me extremely frustrated. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
Instead of decreasing the prices for the old staff they are increasing it. Very big difference from their prices and the prices of the other shops in the market. I was a customer there after today experience not any more
The management can review the customer reviews. I visited many Sharaf DG showrooms in Dubai, services were excellent. But in Al Ain Jimi mall showroom I felt the service staff attitude very bad. There were a number of staff, no body is there to answer my questions. I visited twice (in 2022 and 2024) and there were no change in the customer service. It’s a humble request to the management to consider this. As a hopeful customer i wish you all the very best.
Unfortunately, Sharaf DG Company does not care about the customer and sells the devices, and they are not available on the basis that it will be available within a period of two weeks (the word available in a clear and green color appears on the site) and once you contact customer service, you are asked to end the period and after waiting, the period is extended for two weeks again with the excuse of not arriving the shipment from the responsible company (this proves the sale of unavailable devices) and because of this delay you request to cancel this request to cancel and it turns out that the refund of the amounts needs another two weeks. All these problems and the customer does not get a result
