After I bought an apple device with 2 years warranty, they treated me badly even that the device had hardware problem (home button and finger print) which is not user misuse or damage. They confess that it's not user fault but refused to repair the device or do something regarding my complain. Also, they refused to discuss and solve the problem and just said we can do nothing for you. I don't recommended this place at all and I'll send my complaint to the support at apple company cuz I still have the full warranty.

How come i need to change my iPhone screen protector and she removed the old one, then the new one is not fit ? And thats it i have to go out without my screen protector! even the old one ? BAD SERVICE the minimum she can do to put the old one back but she threw it 😀

Just now i had visited the store and wanted to trade my 15pro with 15 pro ma.
But the staff was not at all professional and very bad attitude where i came with my mind to purchase 15 pro max or 16 pro max only because this staff i choose not to purchase the staff gad very arrogant talk and bad attitude
