After purchasing a villa in Al Hamra Village; I contracted Ruby Maintenance to do a full renovation. The quality of the work they performed was very impressive and I would particularly thank for the supervisor, Zuber’s support along the journey. He is beyond professional with a great work ethic. I have been asking Zuber and his company for any support/maintenance/small work around the house for the past 1.5 year and they never disappoint. Zuber is a credit to his company and Ruby is a credit to the community!
Best contractor and Maintenance Company in Al Hamra. Excellent Customer Service. The management team is superb too. I have used Ruby for villa renovations, pool and pool tiles, outdoor renovation and also for landscaping as well as villa maintenance and their service delivery has been phenomenal every time. Juber is the best, he is always punctual, always helpful and always go way and beyond! I’m very happy with the service that Ruby General Maintenance provides to me and my family. Their services are excellent and their teams are very good. Especially dealing with Mr. Zuber Jii who he is very professional and easy to work with and he always makes sure the job is done very well.
Ruby is a professional Company that delivers top class work, they have renovate two apartments for me and I am very pleased with their work. Jawaid also take care of all my requests and needs to be commended for his supervision.
So bad service at all I really never see like this no any experience for the work to be done so bad attitude from them stuff when the are dealing with you to fix your problems.

Useless company! I sent them a request for renovation and they just blindly ignored it . Even after following up multiple times there was no response from the company. If you are not interested in providing your services to customers and reverting back what’s the point .
We have been using Ruby for years in our home and for maintaining our holiday homes. They have been fantastic! I would love to mention a particular person or supervisor but the team As a whole are great!
