I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding the repair of my shoes. The repair process took much longer than the agreed-upon time, which was very disappointing, especially after hearing positive feedback about this place.

I encountered several issues, including unclear procedures and a lack of credibility in their dealings. Additionally, the entire process took an unreasonably long time.

I hope the management takes these points into consideration and works on improving their service quality in the future.

I also advise others to be cautious. Make sure to ask upfront when the service will be completed and when your shoes will be ready, because they won't inform you, and you will be shocked to find out it might take more than 7 weeks. If you need your shoes repaired quickly, I suggest going elsewhere.

I recently had my LV monogram canvas neonoe bucket bag repaired by Bianco Leather Spa and I must say, I am extremely impressed with their work. They did an excellent job on repairing my bag edges and restore the look of the strap, and they even clean & polished my bag. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of luxury bags repairs. They are also very responsive in replying to my inquiries. They are professional, efficient, and clearly have a great deal of skill and expertise in their work. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I sent in an old Lady Dior bag, which was damaged by wear and humidity and turned fully orange from the original powder pink— Bianco did amazing in restoring and repainting it to a brand new handbag in black! Amazing! Did take 5 weeks of waiting but super happy with the result and a much-needed solution!

My bag had a red hair dye stain on it and i thought it will never go away. I immediately contacted Bianco spa after hearing so many good reviews and how pleasant they are with customers . After contacting their wonderful team they arranged a pick up for my bag and gave me the exact time estimate for how long my bag will take to be fixed. After that they delivered my bag and it was brand new!! I couldn’t even tell where the stain was. Literally the best team from the customer service agents and the delivery driver as well. I will always go back to them for anything leather related!! Highly recommended.

Really bad service. They don’t respond to calls or messages. Further more I gave them two shoes, each shoe is 3000 dirhams+. They stretched out my loro pianas and refused to fix, and after they agreed to fix it they have kept it stored with them for 3 weeks without fixing it mind you they have already had both shoes for 3 months.

Terrible experience. They ruined my hermes shoes. They changed without asking me the sole and restitched the shoe .my Hermes shoes look now like Fake shoes! They also painted on top of the logo of my other pair or Louis Vuitton shoes ! Terrible customer service! You have to chase them to get back your shoes! Not to mention they have the worst delivery company service! And ridiculousy high prices for the service they offer

The quality of the service is just unbelievably amazing! I was not expecting my items to turn up this nice. They restored and change the color of 2 items and they look amazing! And the level of professionalism throughout the entire process was incredible. Thank you

The worst experience since day one.

I dropped my items to be fixed and they mentioned a date for the items to be ready (a month from the invoice date) .. now they extended 2 weeks from the due date to be ready.

I have complained through whatsapp but they are trying to keep themselves right and the customer is wrong. They are trying to convince me that the receptionist told you that it takes 5 to 6 weeks and their system only allows a one month due date! We are in 2022!

I have the right to raise an official complaint on the service and the very bad customer service. They have to reconsider or train their employees well.

Worst service ever!!!
Firstly, they never answer your text messages and calls. Staff is very unprofessional as they never follow up with the clients.

Secondly, they don’t abide by the agreed time of delivery. I only asked for color restoration and normal cleaning and it was supposed to take 5 weeks only, but guess what? I received my sandals and loafers after 9 weeks which is nearly double the time.

Lastly, all they care about is money and not customer satisfaction. They charged me 800 dirhams for color restoration and normal cleaning, and when I received my sandals and loafers they looked exactly the same and even worse. The color used to restore the Hermes Sandals is super cheap and made my sandals look fake. Also, they tried charging me 280 dirhams extra for adding a sole protector which doesn’t make sense as it is supposed to be included within the actual service. Simply a rip off!

Not recommended at all.
