I bought a iPhone and with screen guard with warranty and it got damaged within 6 months, I went for warranty and they charged me AED 20 and it also came out in 2 months and again the need AED 20 to fix.
So this screen guard providing is very poor quantity better buy normal screen guard protection cheaper available in the market

I strongly advise against purchasing goods from this store. I recently bought a cooking range here, but the staff provided inaccurate information because the personnel in this store lack the necessary qualifications. Consequently, the gas stove doesn't function properly when the door is closed. When we sought support to the Emax store, they insisted that it was a technical issue. But it turned out that this is not a technical problem, this is a characteristic of this cooking range. This experience has taught me the importance of being vigilant as a customer and not trusting the store's sales representatives in Emax.

Despite my efforts to escalate the matter to the store's general manager, customer service, and even the company's higher-ups through the Economy Department of Government, it became evident that the managers could only make promises and were unable to provide satisfactory assistance. Nobody will go to court because of the goods cost of 750 AED. And they used this situation and ignored all my complaints, and sure they said that they were not right in this situation, that they understood everything but they couldn't do anything. I do not recommend purchasing from this store, as you are unlikely to receive the justice you deserve, even when the fault lies with the store's staff and everybody connected to this store. You will be promised a million times and that is all. It is better to avoid them at all and not to by anything there.

I visited emax hamra mall to buy a redme 8 and i was happy to be served by the team well specially the indian staff Wilma gave a outstanding service at the cash point.

I would not reccomend Emax over other eletronics shops in the city.
We have had the very terrible and bitter experience at Emax in Al Hamra Mall.Their customer service is very poor and it really was disapointing. Senior staff is rude and unapologetic, shows very discriminative behavier and has no clue how to deal with situation.
