No expertise in fixing , no testing , double charge , no problem solving, no customer care at all.. tried 2 times with 2 years gap and same nothing changed in their service ( everytime charged twice ) ; they dont test , no fix ; never again .

Brought in our Range Rover for a suspension issue and had the pleasure of dealing with Saif again. Very bad experience with them,
I got charged 9k for replacement ECM and some other parts wich some of them supposed to be brand new,
First of all they charged me about 20% more than the original supplier for all the parts, (I contacted the supplier to check the prices)
After month and a half of the repair, my car was giving me problems again,
Took it to them again, and this time they wanted to charge me 13k for replacing the transmission!
I took the car to another garage, got it fixed for 3k and realizing that all the parts they putted to my car were second hand and in a very bad condition!
They just want to take your money !
The first time an alert sign appeared in the car, when my sister called the company to do their duty and the official told her that there is no problem and you can drive the car. Hours later, the car stopped with heavy smoke coming out of it.
A quorum workshop.. My poor sister wanted to fix her car with them, and they gave her the bill 9,000 thousand, and the car came back, and she hit her two months later. I checked the tensioner in another place and discovered that they were not changing the electric water pump and taking 3259 dirhams, and the day I encountered the workshop employee. And I shed him the video and the guide.. He confessed and asked me to give him the car to repair it. Why the monument from the beginning? Beware of the workshop.
Then I took the car at one of my relatives in Sharjah, he asked me for parts that were replaced by the company in the last examination, but it turned out that they were only replaced by the driving belt and *polycarbonate head*
And the rest of the items were like what they did not touch at all, contrary to the bill, which was full of more than 13 pieces, other than that the prices of the parts they give are more expensive at 30% of the market, they were not honest and they took advantage of my sister's ignorance in the field of cars ππΌππΌ
Finally, I asked them to find a solution, and the official told me, "Bring the car to the company and we will fix it for you," I told him, we have been scammed twice by you. I will not give you my car to be installed for the third time. Just give me back my money that I paid for you or I will fix the car in another place and pay for the repair.

THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN DUBAI! The owner/manager of the garage is very rude, not professional! OVERPRICING, NOT DELIVERING ON TIME, DIDN'T COMPLETE THE WHOLE SERVICE I ASKED FOR!!! TALKING IN A RUDE WAY! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
The worst experience ever with quick fit the prices are so high and overpriced and the service is horrible every time i send my car to repair it gets worse after . I dont recommend it to anyone
