Absolute scam and zero customer service.they charged me hefty sum for my washine machine door.they bring it back with a broken door and adjusted with hinges.they blocked my wapp number and doesn’t entertain any calls.i registered complaint with consumer court and they tell me this company doesn’t exist.
Big time scammers. Did some fridge service for not cooling and charged hefty amount. And upon requesting the service bill, said will send it through whatsapp upon reaching the car as the device is in car. However the worst part is, the serviced fridge was supposed to start cooling within 30 min, and never happend. Now only way to get your calls or messages answered is only by calling from differnt phone numbers, else compleatly ignored or blocked. Luckily if your phone got answered, they will give false promise to send the technician and asks to share the location.
Similar experience to the other poor reviews here - they "fixed" my dishwasher, returned it broken in two places where it had been fine before, and they after committing to come and repair it they started to ignore my calls. I hope other potential customers of theirs check these reviews before using these cowboys
The service was very professional and reasonably priced considering the urgency. The technician was well-trained and friendly, which made the experience even better. I am very grateful to you.
THEY ARE ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY TOOK MY BEKO WASHING MACHINE FOR REPAIR AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE DRUM WITH A GENUINE PART. ONCE THE MACHINE RETURNED, THEY CHARGED ME A HEFTY AMOUNT AND WENT. AFTER A DAY WHEN I CHECKED THE MACHINE, I CAME TO KNOW ITS NOT FIXED, ONLY MANIPULATION OF THE MACHINE. THE DRUM WAS FULL OF RUST AND STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONE TIME USE.
