Absolutely TERRIBLE garage. I wanted to add a valvetronic muffler to my car, and I specifically said that I do not want any cutting or welding. After the job was done, I discovered that they failed to do the only thing I requested. They actually cut and welded my car’s muffler without my consent.

I went back to the garage and the receptionist and lead technician were actually professional and civil. They handled my case in the best possible way, and managed to resolve my problem appropriately. The manager had no role in finding a solution to my problem.

Totally unprofessional garage, highly NOT recommended.

PS: 2 months after I installed the valvetronic muffler, it stopped working because the plastic valve housing melted and destroyed the gear assembly of the valve. The valvtronic muffler is completely destroyed now. Cheap materials and cheap worksmanship.

By far, the most unprofessional, scam/con artist, i have ever had the displeasure of working with. I read all the positive reviews written on this place, and they're almost all tied to fabrication of exhaust. This shop plays around with ECUs with 0 consideration for car limitations or necessity for supporting mods. I have tuned countless cars in the past, and never had a single problem, let alone a catastrophic write off to a car with 6000 kms on it. The worst part is that i didn't even get an apology, and i was being blamed for tuning the car in the first place. The dealership did not honor the warranty because the tune was completely traceable and apparently irreversible.
I have asked to speak with the owner of the shop several times to no avail. I'm still not done uncovering this terrible business and the worst to come.

I just had exhaust mods and tuning on my Audi RS3, and I’m very satisfied! The team showed great commitment to their work. They took the time to explain every detail and made sure everything was perfect. The sound is fantastic—deep and powerful! The performance has really improved, making my drives a lot more enjoyable. I appreciate their dedication to getting it right. Overall, a great experience!

I took my mustang eco boost for a tuning stage 1. Zohaib, whom I believe is the person in charge assured me the safety of this tuning. I explained to him, I have no experience whatsoever when it comes to modifications. I just wanted to enjoy my car a little bit more. After I took the car to them, he never bothered checking if the car would actually handle or be able to keep up with the modification. Took AED2500 for it, then delivered the car after a few hours. Once I took it, (and they didn’t even bother to test drive it saying there wasn’t enough fuel which wasnt true. It had enough to go to AD) I drove it and felt nothing. I went back, and I got to know from zohaib that there were some issues which needed fixing. So I did that and paid additional AED2500 to fix the car. After which he promised the car should respond perfectly to the tuning. 1 day after driving it (fixed), the car started breaking down. The engine at the moment doesn’t function properly and fixing it will cost me another AED5K minimum as I’ve been told today at the garage.

Zohaib of course didn’t agree to refund the amount so I paid them 2.5K for literally nothing but additional damage to my car, After assuring me it is totally safe to do so. They didn’t even bother checking if the car can handle all this. It is COMMON SENSE to advise the customer that they need to fix certain things in the car in order for the tuning and the car to function properly. Instead they just assured me it’ll be safe, tuned it, did NOT test drive it. And now I’m back with my stock file on the car - lost 2.5K to a completely unprofessional company and on top of that paying almost 8K for damages caused by their “fake assurance” of safety. There’s absolutely no way on earth that I’d go to this place again even if it was the last one available.

I shall also add, Zohaib doesn’t even respond to messages now. Leaves them on read.

There’s no doubt in mind it is the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to cars.

I’ve had a custom exhaust system built on my BMW X5 Xdrive40i and these guys did not disappoint, the car sounds amazing, the tone and the frequency is just music to my ears, most exhaust systems will give you that fake super loud sound but not this one, really recommend it to anyone out there wanting to do so. Good Job!

Massive thank you to CCP. I recently upgraded my exhaust system for my Lamborghini and they have exceeded my expectations. The sound and quality of their work is excellent. The service provided by Zohaib has been fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. Look no further for your exhaust modifications!

Overall a bad experience for my 2008 Cayenne Turbo.

I preferred to go a chip tuning at stage 2, without the cat delete as per the shop manager’s suggestion about my budget; his claim was “the results will be great, we did it before!” However, it wasn’t. Car started to struggle at high rpm’s after tuning, didn’t work as expected and his claim was the car’s turbo’s are causing this. His solution was adding high flow cat’s, which costs extra 4k. Obviously he doesn’t know what he was doing. It was a very bad annoying experience and waste of money.

Very happy with their service I did a stage 1 and I installed a different exhaust they were amazing all throughout we had a few issues but they resolved all my concerns in a timely manner and picked up my calls. Thank you Zohaib and Rahil for the excellent customer service.

When i asked how they measure the performance changes in chip tuning, they said i can go to another garage to dyno test.... they don't even have a way of measuring the work they're doing on your car!!! Yet they guarantee 30% performance improvements. Big red flag!!!

I was foolish enough to go through with it and my car got WORSE. I took it back and they worked on it again, but it didn't do much. I ended up taking my car back to the dealership where they reset the tuning and it was an improvement from there.

They should change their company name because this is just an exhaust shop. Wouldn't recommend letting them touch your tuning
