From booking to the final results, everything with Primo was absolutely amazing! Christina is a Gem. She carefully noted all my instructions and made the booking process so smooth. The team arrived on time and provided top-notch service. The duct cleaning was extremely thorough, and the deep cleaning team did a fabulous job, leaving no corner untouched. I have a very good recommendation that will save a lot of time, don’t try this company : Primo Maintenance Services

They are really really bad. If I say this loud and clear is because I contracted them many times and each time they do a bad job and they give excuses until I find out that they are really really bad by reassessing their work from other companies.
Just trying to save you time and money, DONT use them :

I don't recommend it at all, I booked appointment and no one showed up and didn't even call to inform that they will be late or to cancel. I'm the 1 who was following up to check with them. They are unprofessional.

I had a very bad experience with them. They clean the duct and filters of the Ac. And after months i was trying to clean the filters of the Ac so when i open the ceiling tiles i found that they left the filters beside the Ac coiler they did’t put it back on the rail. They are kot professional and when i speak to the costumer services “Micheal” he was so rude he said that they are kot responsible about this and he refused to give me the manager’s number.

Just got deep clean performed by Prakash, Sharif, Indriyas, Adil, Rashad, Muzambil. The place is spotlest even old rust was removed that I was told impossible by the previous cleaning service. Highly recommend. Fast and quality service.

Primo is the best in AC Cleaning and Home Cleaning. Staff are very friendly and helpful and very easy to deal with. I have been their long time customer and i dont see myself booking in another company. Highly recommended. 👍

Primo's deep cleaning service was wonderful. The team were 5 people and they have arrived on time. Everybody was so kind. Each one cleaned different part of the unit. Professional and courteous staff always. I annually request for their AC deep cleaning. They have one that always speak good English that will explain what they are working on and supervise the other staff. Highly recommended.👌🏾

There services used to be good but lately there performance has gone from poor to worse. They employ untrained staff and take the staff which is trained to premium level and ask for premium charges. Good way to fleece money. It’s my last month with them. If they don’t improve there are thousands other cleaning companies in Dubai.
