Guys, it's way more expensive than the market. Normal garage can do better than them with a decent amount of money and without any attitude. It took two years for me to realise. I don't want someone to keep spending just because they love their car.
I couldnāt be happier with the experience! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the repairs for me, and offered a fair, transparent quoteāno hidden fees. The work was completed faster than expected. this is now my go-to auto shop. I did a walk-in a few days ago to request to book a car service. The sales guy assured me there's no need for booking, and I will be served as I arrive. I arrived today with the same sales guy at 09h25 am for a simple oil and filter change. He told me they could only deliver the car at 17 or 18h PM. ( I will call you around that time š£) .. +10 hours to change the oil? It's a waste of time.

When I sold my vehicle, I was informed that the remaining balance of the service contract was non-refundable, which was never communicated upfront. Additionally, I strongly advise customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicles after servicing for any loose fittings. It is also important to request the inspection checklist to ensure that all necessary maintenance has been performed.

Overall service qualities fine. The only issue that they have to work on is to make sure that they commit to the time frame and don't waste customers time. Wild dropping the car of for the service I was told that latest it should be ready by 830 p.m. however after reaching there by 8:30 then I was told another half an hour from now. And this is after confirming at 8:00 p.m. and waiting there for 8:30 handover.
Really unbelievable given vehicle since 23jun24 til 11jul24 for just battery draining fast . After taking long days changing new battery vehicle start working but its come with without working backside camera . when I informed agent seem like he doesn't want to take any responsible . Agent told that he doesn't know about that you rather spoke to Vignesh who not on duty. I spoke to their manager is more worse and taking personal saying that I should appreciate what they have done. When I raise the complain the manager told that I should rather sent back to vehicle on Monday due to his electric technician is on sick leave unbelievable.
