I recently upgraded the sound system of my car at Premium Carhub, and I had an excellent experience. I got new speakers, an amplifier, and a subwoofer installed — and the team managed to complete everything the same day, even working late into the night so I wouldn’t have to drive back another day (as I live far away). The team was extremely cooperative and truly went the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Whenever I needed technical adjustments, they always welcomed me to bring the car in and fixed everything promptly without hesitation. Recently i decided to upgrade sound system of my honda accord and found “premium carhub” thru social media, i have been told all will go smoothly i ended up getting subwoofer with amp connecting all speakers of the car which they charge 2000AED

However next day i get humming/ rattling noise from woofer and took my car back to the shop for inspection, i have spent more then 3 hours still they were unable to solve the issue after trying 4-5 times different techniques where my frustration go beyond my control and i ended up removing all the setup and demanded refund (i agreed to pay labour charges 400-500 AED) which they refused and ask me to take voucher of same amount instead.
How i can trust someone who cannot resolve the issue and promises to do everything best for the car. Then i agree to install only front door speakers which are rockford before installation again they promised no issue will continue with sound system.
At first the installation were very poor and they made cut to me OEM speaker( i cannot use those speakers again) to fix install in same door panel by making additional screws however after the installation i feel vibration and humming noise thru speakers till day its been 2 weeks since i paid for the services and did not get my job done.

Still speakers make weird noise/ vibration while driving car and there is no response from them.

Now i am looking for professional people to do this job where i will pay again to fix issue created by premium Car Hub.

I would not recommend to anyone, they do not support after sale service, where your issue still the same, they lack professionalism.

I feel embarrassed they put me in a position where i have to put this feedback.
My car is under warranty if i go to the service dealership i know they will charge me very high price to solve the issue which i have to pay.

They have various options and variety car accessories , from base to premium with good quality and work man ship. I did tint recently with them which was awesome. Thanks to NUMAN who guided me with various options and explained the details of the options in a clear way to make my car look good.
