Following a recent accident, I entrusted my vehicle to this workshop based on my insurance company's recommendation. The experience exceeded expectations! From the initial interaction, Ajay, the service agent, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and clarity. He meticulously explained the repair process, timeline, and estimated costs, ensuring complete transparency. The quoted price proved accurate, and the repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. More importantly, the quality of work was truly impressive. All dents, scratches, and paint issues were meticulously addressed, leaving my car looking immaculate and restored to pre-accident condition. This workshop prioritizes professionalism, transparency, and exceptional repair work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy and reliable repair service.

Pal Garage staffs are rude and very unreliable. I have informed finny their staff that my car has been exposed to heavy rain and floods dur to natural disaster and he informed me to get a dubai police report cert. first before coming back to their garage. The following day i went there with my certificate and hes telling me that they dont have enough space at the moment. So i kindly ask him that i can wait or i can come back another time once available. Now hes telling me to go another garage also his colleague self proclaim AKA manager says they cannot accept my car. How ridiculous. They havent even check my car engine and kept telling me to go another garage. Etc.. This guys coulld have informed me earlier not to bring my car but hes the one advising me to get the cert first. How unreliable. These staff doesnt deserve any star or any recogniztion because of their attitude. Worst customer servicr. By the way my car insurance is affiliated with this Pal garageand still revoking my car. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 i dont pay for full comprehensive insurance for nothing! U people think many times before revoke my car without even checking or diagnost!! Shame on you specially you finny and your indian colleague.

This is hands down the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Their staff is incompetent, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Don't fall for the paid fake reviews—this place is a scam. There are two guys, Sanjay and Sreeraj, who will lie to your face without hesitation. Whatever they promise you, don’t believe it! And then there's their so-called "mechanic"—a complete joke. He works painfully slow, and the moment he sees a woman, he abandons everything and runs after her like a desperate creep. I had a terrible experience. My car sat in their garage for weeks over minor repairs. In the end, they lied, claiming they replaced parts, but nothing was actually done—just cheap, superficial fixes. I had to chase them with calls multiple times, and only when I threatened to report them to my insurance company did they suddenly start begging me to bring the car back so they could actually fix it. When I finally got my car back, Sanjay had the audacity to wait around expecting a tip, acting like he was doing me a favor. When I gave him 100 AED, he made me feel like it wasn’t enough! What kind of people are these? This garage is a scam operation run by liars and incompetents. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
