Lost my 5 star rating. Here is why.

Damaged a speed sensor when the front axle work was carried out and the poor quality control or rushed work did not identify the issue requiring me to come back in. The car would lurch and jump forward because of this. Undrivable and undiagnosable by Premier even when asked.

I pay top dollar to have a fully functioning vehicle. Not this.

Professional, very helpful and go out-of-their way to ensure your happy. Prices are great! Sudin was especially helpful and extremely nice! He greeted me on arrival and helped me with not only the body work I needed done but gave me some great insights on upcoming services and what Premier offers. He was proactive even on whatsapp answering my billions of questions. Great guy. Will be back for next service - wish I left Al tayer earlier service center earlier.

Great garage for maintenance and service. The previous garage made many mistakes and I ended up spending close to 20k aed in 1 year. Premier Car Care truly takes care of your car. Car brand: Mercedes Benz A200

I am satisfied with the response and service provided by them. Both the service managers Kasidan and Haq are customer oriented and do their best to make reasonable suggestions. They helped check an adaptive cruise control malfunction on my Range rover and corrected it without exorbitant costs and did minor services like oil change , filters etx. While the service center is not exotic & fancy , to its credit - its functional and clean with everything neatly organised. It's gives the impression of a well managed workshop and am happy to recommend them ..

No body is answering the phone, ive been tryin for days

Not accurate reports to sell more items. Can’t imagine that my report fees was aed 25k and after consulting another professional (ex Range Rover employee “ I paid only 2,500 only, a shame !!!
I strongly recommend ppl not to go there. Btw. This is not the first incendient , happened with me before and with my friends as well

Professional and trustworthy place to fix your cars or service them. Prices are acceptable, and the team is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my maserati to them to get the buttons fixed and was told it would take a day and a half. After following up constantly on the third day I received a call and assumed that it was for me to collect my car. Instead the person on the other end started lecturing me on how it was taking them too long because I hadn’t taken care of my car properly and that their worker was spending too much time on my car for the amount that they had quoted and that it needed more time. I was shocked that instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he was blaming me. Extremely unprofessional and condescending behavior. Never the less after 4 days when I went to collect my car I noticed the tint on my window was damaged. Upon enquiring why, an individual came out and once again started arguing and refused to take any responsibility blaming me. I instantly realized this was the same person from the phone call. Extremely poor customer service and I can’t speak about all their staff but this particular individual was very impolite, rude and argumentative. Think twice before giving them your car. Extremely poor customer service!!

WORST PLACE FOR TESLAs. They are the place that are supposedly specialized in Teslas but they never have the pieces! They normally keep the car for 2 weeks to a month just to replace a thing ! Because they do not bother to order car pieces before ! If it wasn’t about my insurance i would never bring my car here
