Came here today influenced by google reviews as my car was overheating. The technician refused to entertain my concern saying he was busy. I had been to garages even busier and was never treated such way. I asked him to call me when he's free so I can drop my car and he didnt even bother asking for my contact number. This is an example of very bad customer service.

Don't know about the technical aspects of their work, but would simply rate them UNETHICAL. If you don't have an idea about the charges for any service, please have it checked with other garages. Otherwise they will give you an invoice which is far above normal
I called to inquire about price and time for radiator fan repair, and I experienced a disappointing attitude by the responder (Mr. Atish).
He was tempered and uncleare. He said they need to see the car to give estimation. Then I asked for min/max so that I can decide, because the car can only move one time, and I dont need to decide where exactly, then he kept repeating the same words with a high voice volume. This does not seem to be professional. Respect the client.

Most of my driving life I have always serviced my car by taking it to the highly expense branded auto manufacturers. On good recommendation, for the past 2 years, I have been taking my car for services and anything else car related, to Streamline Auto Repairing Garage in Al Quoz. Benny and his team are nothing short of brilliant. Quality work, with a reliable and personalable touch that doesn't empty your bank account and I am fussy. I highly recommend them! I have never looked back.
Mr. Benny was referred to me by one of my managers. I went with his shop twice already with two different cars and I have no complaints at all. It is very difficult to find honest and very reliable mechanic these days. He must be the best guy for your car. I have been to different garages already but I would say he was the best among all. This garage is not all about the money, they make sure that you and your car are safe. Receptionist also Aileen is very nice and sweet. This is not the streamline it used to be. The owner has become extremely complacent and conceited he's now treating customers as beggars. After struggling to get an appointment for 2 weeks I finally took my car in for parts swap. I got the car back after 2 days in the garage one of the parts is not installed and claiming "not to have time". This place is no longer deserves a 5 star rating I wouldn't recommended at all.
Your overly verbose response to an honest review smacks pathological narcissism; take no Responsibility and Blame the victim. Nowhere in those many words did you address my core complaint which in case you missed was you saying you didn't have time to fix my parts period no communication offering another date for service. Undoubtedly, it affirms my position that Streamline is no longer a recommended garage and certainly not worthy of a 5-star rating. It was a positive review that brought me to your garage and my review is in public service so that future patrons know what to expect.
